A massage device includes a handle device having two end portions, two hand grips attached to the end portions of the handle device, and two spring biased lock devices are engaged into the end portions of the handle device and each include a projection for engaging with the handle device and for extending out of the handle device and for preventing the hand grips from being disengaged from the handle device.
