TREMOR STABILISATION APPARATUS AND METHODS
The present invention relates to improvements in or relating to tremor stabilisation apparatus and methods, in particular to gyroscopic devices for use in controlling tremors of parts of the body and for reducing effects of tremors on the human body. The apparatus includes a wearable element and at least one gyroscopic device mounted or mountable to the wearable element, the gyroscopic device including a gyroscope and a gyroscope housing. The at least one gyroscopic device may be mounted within the housing such that the gyroscope may precess with respect to the housing. The mount may include a hinge to which the gyroscope is mounted and a hinge plate or hinge mount to which the hinge is mounted for rotation with respect to the gyroscope housing, such as a turntable mounted to the gyroscope housing. The gyroscopic devices may include a control arrangement to control the precession of the gyroscope.

COMPRESSION SLEEVE WITH VIBRATING UNITS
An apparatus for providing compression and vibration therapy to a body part can include a housing, a pump positioned in the housing, the pump configured to generate air pressure, a compression sleeve configured to at least partially surround the body part, the compression sleeve can include an inflatable chamber in fluid communication with the pump and can be configured to apply pressure to the body part in response to receiving air from the pump, and a vibrating unit configured to apply a vibration to the body part.
Systems and Methods for HighSpeed Vibration Therapy
A massager providing massaging frequencies in the range of 75 to 250 hertz, and preferably 100 to 200 Hertz is provided. The massager includes a motor for generating rotational motion, an applicator head having multiple treatment surfaces, and a shaft attached to the motor and applicator head for translating the rotational motion to the applicator head. The massager also includes a restraining mechanism attached to the applicator head. The restraining mechanism is configured to prevent the applicator head from rotating, thereby generating a circular motion in each of the treatment surface. The circular motion has diameters in a range of 0.1 mm to 5 mm and a preferred frequency of 100-200 completed circular movements per second.

Bubble generation system
Disclosed is a disposable for use with a structure having a vessel surface that defines a vessel for receiving liquid. The disposable includes a pad and a layer. The pad has a pair of surfaces spaced apart from one another by a tubular sidewall. The pad is permeable to air flow. One of the pair of surfaces is positioned, in use, against the vessel surface. The layer overlies the other of the pair of surfaces and is at least substantially impermeable to air flow. In use, gas is introduced into the pad and issues through the sidewall in the form of bubbles. The disposable is useful in association with foot spas and the like.
TREMOR STABILISATION APPARATUS AND METHODS
The present invention relates to improvements in or relating to tremor stabilisation apparatus and methods, in particular to gyroscopic devices for use in controlling tremors of parts of the body, both physiological and pathological, especially the hands. We describe an apparatus for reducing effects of tremors on the human body. The apparatus comprises a wearable element and at least one gyroscopic device mounted or mountable to the wearable element, the gyroscopic device comprising a gyroscope and a gyroscope housing. The apparatus is characterised in that the at least one gyroscopic device is mounted within the housing by means of a mount which allows the gyroscope to precess with respect to the housing. In one embodiment, the mount comprises a hinge to which the gyroscope is mounted and a hinge plate or hinge mount to which the hinge is mounted for rotation with respect to the gyroscope housing. Preferably the hinge plate or hinge mount comprises a turntable mounted to the gyroscope housing. Preferably, the or each gyroscopic device further comprises a control arrangement to control the precession of the gyroscope.
