The invention provides a physical manipulation apparatus that is engageable with a skin surface of a human or animal subject. The apparatus may comprise a skin-engageable pad configured to conform to the morphology of a physical manipulation member such as a digit of a human therapist or a stylus tip of a chiropractic adjustment instrument. The skin-engageable pad may include a friction-inducing component in the form of a biomimetic dry adhesive. The apparatus may comprise a digit cover (110, 120, 130) configured at least partially to coyer a human digit. Instead, the apparatus may be configured as a skin patch having two release liners superimposed, respectively, on opposite sides of the skin-engageable pad. The skin patch may include indicia arranged to indicate a required orientation of the skin patch relative to a targeted anatomical feature such as a spinal segment, or a required direction of movement of the manipulation member.

The body of the accessory has a base at a proximal end of the body, a head at or near a distal end of the body, and a flexible region between the base and the head. The base, the head, and the flexible region are arranged such that the head is configured to move in response to the oscillating movement of the shaft and the base remains relatively stationary compared to the body of the electric toothbrush. A massage accessory for use with an electric toothbrush has a transfer shaft with a driving feature, and a coupling mechanism configured to couple the massage accessory to the shaft of the electric toothbrush. The accessory has a head having a driving feature that is complementary to the driving feature of the transfer shaft. A space is provided between the driving feature of the transfer shaft and the driving feature of the head when the transfer shaft and head are engaged such that oscillating movement of the transfer shaft causes a corresponding oscillating movement of the head and additionally causes vibration of the head.

Disclosed embodiments provide an improved stimulation device. Embodiments of the improved stimulation device include a cup and a driver. The cup has a cavity surrounded by a rim. In use, a user positions the rim such that an opening to the cavity is over an area of a user’s body to be stimulated (for example, the clitoris). A sealed-, or substantially-sealed, main chamber is formed by the cavity walls and the user’s body (skin surrounding the clitoris). A pressure field is generated in the main chamber. The device may further include an auxiliary chamber that is pneumatically connected to the main chamber via a conduit. An auxiliary chamber volume adjuster allows the user to vary the volume of the auxiliary chamber, which varies a total combined volume of the pneumatically connected main chamber and auxiliary chamber. The change in total volume causes a change in pressure experienced by the user. This allows the user to adjust the pressure based on comfort and pleasure as per user preferences.

Disclosed embodiments provide a personal massager device. The massager device includes a stimulator, which is G-spot stimulator, clitoral stimulator, or a prostate stimulator. The stimulator includes an enclosure having an opening. A post is disposed within the enclosure. The post has a groove formed in the side at a non-orthogonal angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the post. A ball is disposed within the groove. The ball protrudes outside the opening of the enclosure. The post is rotated in a continuous direction by the motor, and as it does so, the ball traverses a path.
