A device for carrying out a massage according to the claimed method comprises a fluid medium generator connected to massage heads. In the claimed massage method and device for carrying out same, the introduction of novel structural elements and parameters results in a different action on localized portions of the patient, while simplifying adjustment of the parameters of said action and increasing the range of localized portions that can be acted on.

A hand-held device with a paddle, an arm and a handle. Using the handle and arm, the paddle is slapped/tapped against the face to, in effect, provide a workout for an individual's facial skin and facial muscles. A skin cleanser includes a surface, such as a silicone surface, with at least one textured portion for transmitting vibrational tapping to the skin. The skin cleanser includes at least one oscillating motor for generating the tapping motion to the skin. The textured portion includes touch-points or a wave that transmit the tapping motion to skin in contact with the textured portions.
