Described herein is a device and method for performing ischemic compression therapy to treat myofascial release. A method for performing ischemic compression therapy includes providing a device comprising two or more pressure rollers and an elastic compression band. The device is capable of being placed on a trigger point to form a loop configuration to provide 360° compression to the trigger point for a predetermined amount of time, such as a time sufficient to block blood flow to the trigger point.

In an embodiment, a compression garment can include one or more of a flex frame, a shape memory material, a backing, and a control module. In some variations, the flex frame can include a set of support regions, a set of cutout regions, a set of bridges, one or more terminals, and one or more rotation points. In some variations, the compression garment 100 can further include a fabric sleeve, one or more fasteners, a power module, and/or any other suitable component. The compression garment functions as a compression device (e.g., to improve circulation, enhance muscle recovery, etc.), and can additionally or alternatively function as a passive compression device, a heating and/or cooling device, or perform any other suitable functionality.

A walking assistance device deformable based on a thigh shape includes a hip joint actuator, an upper thigh frame connected to the hip joint actuator and configured to receive power from the hip joint actuator and rotate about a first axis and rotate about a second axis intersecting the first axis, a motion frame connected to the upper thigh frame, the motion frame including a plurality of segment frames configured to rotate relative to each other, and a lower thigh frame connected to the motion frame.

A multifunctional massager may include a frame body, and two first connecting bases are respectively formed at two ends of the frame body at symmetrical positions. Disclosed are devices and methods suitable for application of a curable fluid composition to a bodily organ, such as to a lower portion of a bodily organ. The device comprises a monolithic piece of material having a lower surface, two spaced-apart sides, and two spaced-apart walls connecting the two spaced-apart sides. A receptacle for containing the curable fluid composition is defined by the lower surface, the two sides, and the two walls. At least a portion of the height of the two walls is less than the height of at least a portion of the two sides. The device is deployable underneath the bodily organ such that a lower portion of the bodily organ is supported by at least a portion of each of the two walls.

A shorts-type pneumatic massage apparatus includes a shorts-pressurizing portion including a left shorts portion, which includes a plurality of air chambers extending in a longitudinal direction of the wearer's legs and which has a right side open from a top of a crotch, and a right shorts portion, which includes a plurality of longitudinal air chambers extending in the longitudinal direction of the wearer's legs and has a left side open from the top of the crotch, wherein the open right side of the left shorts portion and the open left side of the right shorts portion are coupled along an end; and an air injection adjustment portion configured to inject air to or discharge air from each of the longitudinal air chambers to allow the longitudinal air chambers to expand or contract.

Apparatus for an orthopedic brace with magnetic assistance for assisting with a spastic gait. A pair of braces are configured to each support and secure a magnetic device on each leg above the knee. The magnetic devices generate a magnetic force sufficient to reduce a spastic gait. Each magnetic device has a magnetic field that interacts with a magnetic field of the other magnetic device. The magnetic field produces a magnetic force that repels the other magnetic device as the magnetic devices move relative to each other when the wearer walks. The shape of the magnetic field is configured to aid the wearer in avoiding the legs colliding while walking. In one embodiment discrete magnets are disposed on the medial side of each brace. In another embodiment magnetic material is integral with the medial side of each brace and the magnetic material has a selected field strength curve.

A bench assembly that stretches and develops the quadriceps femoris and/or hip flexors muscle groups of a client with the help of a therapist or trainer. The bench assembly has a basal subassembly with a front member that faces the therapist. Extending rearwardly from the front member is a first side member. A rear member extends laterally from the first side member. Each of the front and rear members have an upwardly oriented column that extends from a bottom rail of the associated member. The columns underlie a client support pad on which the client may lie recumbent and face upwardly with his/her legs positioned towards the front member before a trainer applies a stretching regimen to the legs and/or hips.

The limb compression and circulation apparatus may include a first air hose connected to one end of an air pressurization portion to send air generated by the air pressurization portion and a plurality of second air hoses connected to the other end of the first air hose and allowing the air generated by the air pressurization portion to diverge and to blow into an air cuff so as to perform effective air divergence. The limb compression and circulation apparatus may prevent air leakage by coupling an air inlet/outlet hole of a second adaptor with an air hose to communicate with each other.
