A steam physiotherapy mechanism includes a receptacle having a chamber formed in a housing, a steam pipe disposed in the housing, a steam generating device connected to the steam pipe for generating and supplying a steam into the chamber of the housing, a number of tiles disposed in the housing, and a number of retainers engaged with the tiles for anchoring the tiles in the housing, the tiles each include a number of casings each having a compartment, and one or more of the compartments of the casings are filled with an ore mud. The tiles each include a number of passages formed in the casings and communicating with the compartments of the casings.

The heating system for a sauna comprises an oven and an accumulator. The heating system is electrically connectable to a mains which provides a first electrical power. The accumulator is provided to provide a second electrical power. The oven is operable with the first and second electrical powers to increase the thermal power.

A genital steaming assembly includes a heating unit that is positionable on a support surface. A canister is removably coupled to the heating unit such that the canister is in thermal communication with the heating unit. Fluid is poured into the canister such that the heating unit can heat the fluid into a steam. A box is provided and the box is positionable over the heating unit for has a user to sit upon the box. The box has a steam opening therein to direct the steam onto the user's genitalia for therapeutic purposes. The box is collapsible between a deployed position and a collapsed position. Moreover, the box completely surrounds the heating unit to capture the steam for directing onto the user's genitalia.

A steam therapy equipment including a vessel for heating a mixture of water and organic materials, a compressor to inject pressurized air into the vessel producing pressurized steam. The pressurized steam is conducted into the equipment via one or more valves. The therapy equipment is formed from at least one panel and may include a supporting frame. The therapy equipment includes a temperature sensor to measure the temperature inside the therapy equipment when pressurized steam is admitted via the valves. A patient enters the equipment and is exposed to the pressurized steam, causing dilation of the skin pores of the patient, whereby toxins are removed from the patient. One or more applicators may conduct pressurized steam to specific portions of the body of the patient. To provide an apparatus for promoting ineffective sweating includes an air heating unit for heating air in a sweating room, a mist generator for generating mist, a blower for circulating air in the sweating room by supplying mist, and a control device. The sweating room is provided with a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor for measuring temperature and relative humidity respectively in the sweating room. The control device is provided with a dew-point temperature determination unit for determining a dew-point temperature td in the sweating room based on the temperature and the relative humidity and a temperature setting unit for setting a body temperature of a user, and controls the air heating unit and the mist generator so that the dew-point temperature td is kept higher than the body temperature. This configuration can promote comfortable ineffective sweating with the low physical burden on the user.

The present invention relates to bathing devices for special therapeutic or hygienic purposes such as e.g. sauna or Finnish baths, and especially to a steam generator element for a sauna electric heater and a sauna electric heater. A sauna electric heater (13) according to the present invention comprises comprising a frame part (14), heating resistor elements (15-17), (29), (30), (54), (55) inside the said frame part (14), and sauna stones (2) arranged inside the said frame part (14) and/or on the top part of the said sauna electric heater (13), which said sauna electric heater (13) comprises a steam generator element (18), (19), (26), (33), (37), (45), (52), (62) placed inside the said frame part (14) between at least two heating resistor elements (15-17), (29), (30), (54), (55) and/or said sauna stones (2), said steam generator element (18), (19), (26), (33), (37), (45), (52), (62) comprising a water tank (20), (27), (38), (46), (53) fillable with water. The sauna electric heater according to the present invention provides more durable operation and with less generated faults and brake ups when compared to the prior art solutions.

Evaporator tray (100) for a sauna heater has one or more elongate plate members (102) extending across a support member (104). Support member (104) has at least two sides. In use, plate members (102) support rocks (not shown). Plate members (102) have a generally concave or hollow cross-section with a hollow face (106) upturned, which means they can collect unevaporated water, thereby protecting the sauna heater. The generally concave shape may be “V”-shaped, “U”-shaped, arcuate or concave, or any shape suitable for retaining water.

The steamhead includes a dispensing chamber having an inlet connected to receive steam from a steam generator located outside of the steam bath enclosure and a steam outlet. The steamhead is mounted between studs which support the enclosure wall by a bracket that is adjustable to accommodate studs of different spacing. A hollow cylindrical member extends from the front of the chamber in alignment with the steam outlet. A first part is telescopically received within the hollow member to accommodate enclosure walls of various thicknesses. A flange extends from the rim of the first part to overlap the chamber edge which defines the steam outlet. A second part having a round, concave surface facing the interior of the enclosure is rotatably mounted within the first part for controlling the flow of steam through the steam passageway. The chamber includes baffles for reducing the force of the emitted steam.

A steam therapy assembly includes a housing that has an intake and an exhaust to pass air through the intake and the exhaust. A water tank is removably attachable to the housing and the water tank has a fluid port to pass water therethrough for filling the water tank with water. An oil cartridge contains oil and the oil cartridge is removably insertable into the housing. A vaporizing unit is integrated into the housing and the vaporizing unit is in fluid communication between the intake and the exhaust to urge air into the intake and outwardly through the exhaust when the vaporizing unit is turned on. The vaporizing unit vaporizes the water in the water tank into a steam. Additionally, the vaporizing unit vaporizes the oil in the oil cartridge thereby mixing the vaporized oil with the vaporized water.
