The negative pressure generator includes a chamber body with a suction nozzle; a piston, arranged inside the chamber body; and a driving device configured to drive the piston to reciprocated move inside the chamber body so as to generate negative pressure at the suction nozzle.

A vacuum massager includes a housing having an upper portion and a lower portion, and a cup attachment arranged to be removably received on the lower portion of the housing. An air pump is disposed within the housing in fluid communication with the cup attachment for generating suction therein, such that contact of the cup attachment with a user's skin creates a vacuum within the cup attachment. A controller is disposed within the housing in electrical communication with the air pump. The vacuum massager further includes a cooling attachment interchangeable with the cup attachment and arranged to be removably received on the lower portion of the housing in electrical communication with the controller for cooling the user's skin.

The mouthpiece-receiving side of pump housing can include a suction connector structured to fluidically couple the suction port of the mouthpiece with the vacuum pump when the mouthpiece is mounted to the pump housing.

A treatment device for removing heat from subcutaneous lipid-rich cells of a subject having an actuator that provides mechanical energy to the tissue. The mechanical energy provided may include a vibratory component that can range between low and ultra-high frequencies, and such energy may include various combinations of two or more frequencies tailored to produce the desired effect on the subcutaneous tissue. Disruption of adipose tissue cooled by an external treatment device may be enhanced by applying mechanical energy to cooled tissue. A system and method for controlling sexual stimulation devices using motion-sensing controllers. The system comprises a male sexual stimulation device and a motion sensing controller configured to control the operation of the reciprocating linear motion driver. A suction assembly is described. The suction assembly includes a therapy unit with a body that can apply a supplemental therapy to a skin surface.
