Baby Bottle with Flexible Nipple Regions
According to a first embodiment, a feeding bottle comprises a vessel, collar, and nipple. The nipple comprises a base portion, a teat portion, an areola portion allowing movement of the teat portion towards and away from the base portion. According to a second embodiment, a feeding bottle comprises a vessel, collar, nipple and handle portion removeably secured to the vessel by the collar. The invention includes a flexible region or regions to provide a more natural feeding by closely mimicking the human breast.
REUSABLE MULTI-PURPOSE CONTAINER FOR BREAST MILK AND FOOD STORAGE
The present disclosure describes a breast milk and food storage solution that simplifies and reduces the number of items needed to pump, store and/or feed breastmilk to a baby.
PARTITIONING COMPONENT FOR A FEEDING BOTTLE
A partitioning component (210) for dividing a feeding bottle (110) into two sections: one (125) associated with a container (120) part of the bottle and one (115) associated with a teat part (110) of the bottle. The partition allows for at least partial retention of liquid in the teat part even when the bottle is tipped in a horizontal position, the more natural position for feeding a user such as a baby or toddler. To enable flow of fluid between the two sections, the partitioning component comprises a passageway arrangement (215) which comprises one or more openings (225) and the passageway arrangement configured to enable flow of both liquid and air across the partition in different directions. This allows liquid to pass in, and air to pass out, of the teat section (115) during filling of the teat. To enable maximal retention of liquid inside the teat section when the bottle is tilted in the horizontal position, the openings of the passageway arrangement are all confined to a single region of the partitioning component which, in use, is arranged offset on one diametric side of the bottle volume or of the teat volume.
INTERNAL ELEMENT FOR A FEEDING BOTTLE
An internal element (310) for a feeding bottle (100) is provided, the feeding bottle comprising a teat component (110), and a container component (120), which together define a bottle volume extending longitudinally between abase end of the container component, and a top end of the teat component. The internal element (310) comprises a disc element (620) configured to be positioned within the bottle volume extending transverse the longitudinal axis, and further comprises one or more tab elements (640) protruding from an outer periphery (630) of the disc element for being received between interfacing parts of a coupling arrangement (340, 342) of the bottle.
ARRANGEMENT FOR A FEEDING BOTTLE
An arrangement (300) for a feeding bottle is provided, the feeding bottle comprising a teat component (110), and a container component (120), which together define an internal bottle volume extending longitudinally between a base end of the container component, and a top end of the teat component. The arrangement comprises an internal element (310) for positioning inside the bottle volume, and a protruding element (320) arranged for extending from the internal element to an outside of the bottle when the bottle is in an assembled state with the internal element in position, for providing an interconnection between inside and outside of the bottle.
STRETCHABLE TEAT
An elastic teat for fitting over liquid containers, including a nipple for sucking liquid; an intermediate portion; and a lower portion of stretchable diameter; wherein the lower portion is configured to fit over a mouth of the container, providing a hermetic seal over a perimeter of the container. In embodiments, the teat further includes a securing mechanism adapted for securing said lower portion to the container.
Universal lid for food and drink containers
The present disclosure is directed to a universal food and drink lid. The lid is formed of a stretchy material so that it can fit on a plurality of containers of different sizes. The lid is also formed of a material with sufficient elasticity so that once it is fit onto a container, such as a cup or a bowl, the lid forms a seal therewith that allows for a spill-proof connection between the container and the lid. The lid may further include an outlet for removing the contents of the container without removing the lid. The lid may further include an outlet that is a spout, an opening with a movable stopper, a straw opening or an opening sized to fit the hand of a user.
Bottle teat
A bottle teat (1) having a base portion (2), which has a connecting flange (3) and in which the bottle teat (1) is substantially circular in a cross section running perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis (9), having a lip-support portion (5) and having a nipple portion (6), which opens out in a teat tip (7), wherein, in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis (9), the bottle teat (1) has, in the lip-support portion (5), a non-circular cross section with a longitudinal axis (10) and a transverse axis (11), which is shorter than the longitudinal axis (10), characterized in that the base portion (2) and the lip-support portion (5) have provided between them a flex portion (4), which has enhanced flexibility in relation to the base portion (2) and the lip-support portion (5), wherein the flex portion (4) has a circumferentially encircling depression (15) in the form of anindent (19) and/or of a smaller wall thickness than in the portions adjacent to the depression (15), and therefore, about an axis running substantially in the direction of the transverse axis (11), the bottle teat (1) has a level of flexibility, for the purpose of pivoting the lip-support portion (5) and nipple portion (6), which is enhanced in relation to a similarly designed bottle teat without a depression.
Clip-on nipple assembly
A clip-on nursing nipple assembly is disclosed which is readily portable by itself without being attached to a fluid supply and is adapted to be affixed to commonly sold water bottles or the like. The assembly has a funnel member with a nursing orifice at one end and a flanged base at the other. A skirt attached to the base forms a socket which fits over the spout of a commercially available water bottle or similar container. There is a clamping member which includes a funnel member engagement portion disposed on the funnel member, a jaw portion engageable on the spout of a water bottle, and a yoke portion connecting the funnel member engagement portion and the jaw portion and urging the base member into sealing engagement on the spout.
AID FOR CUP FEEDING
Aid (1) for cup feeding of infants, which aid has a first liquid chamber and a second liquid chamber, wherein the first liquid chamber is provided for mounting on a feeding bottle (2), wherein the first liquid chamber (9) and the second liquid chamber (10) have a shared wall (12), wherein the second liquid chamber is open so that liquid in the second liquid chamber is accessible to an infant, whereby at least the shared wall is manufactured from an elastic material and is provided with an incision (13) with a minimum length of 3 mm such that a liquid flow through the incision from the first liquid chamber to the second liquid chamber is controllable by manipulating the wall.
