A pacifier comprising a suction part and a housing part, wherein said suction part comprises a nipple and a shield connected to each other, wherein said suction part comprises a passageway through which a fluid can pass from outside a mouth of a user of the pacifier to inside the mouth of the user of the pacifier, and wherein said housing part comprises a housing, wherein said housing is prefilled with a drug which can pass through the passageway into the mouth of the user when the housing part is connected to said suction part and wherein said drug is a drug to be inhaled through the passageway of the suction part.

Infant training devices and methods for the use thereof are disclosed herein. A benefit to the devices and methods herein can be the effective training of an infant to develop the suck-swallow-breathe pattern of nutritive and non-nutritive sucking required for feeding from an infant bottle, or for self-soothing with a pacifier. A further benefit to the devices and methods herein can be providing versatile devices for the use of vibration therapy as an infant training aid for feeding from an infant feeding bottle, or as an infant soothing pacifier.

An automatic pushing type complementary food device comprising a clamping body, an elastic member and a colander, wherein the inner side of the clamping body is connected to one end of an elastic member in a clamped manner, the outer side of the clamping body is connected to the colander in a clamped manner, the other end of the elastic member extends into the colander, a complementary food cavity is provided in the colander, and overflow holes are provided in the outer wall of the colander. The automatic pushing type complementary food device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, capable of automatically pushing and collecting complementary food when a baby uses the device, free of auxiliary operation by a mother, capable of bringing convenience to the mother during feeding, and capable of achieving automatic collection of the complementary food without a complex pushing structure.

There is provided a tactile sensory device for use by a baby or child. The tactile sensory device comprises a pulsation actuator configured to, in use, produce a mechanical vibration having a pulsatile waveform that is the same, or substantially the same as, a pulsatile waveform of blood flowing in an umbilical cord.

A vibrating teething device includes a silicon outer shell that is larger than a human mouth and having protrusions that can fit within a human infant mouth; a battery powered vibrator encased within an open cavity in the silicon outer shell; and a cap fastened over the open cavity.

The present invention comprises a new material used to form semi-rigid shapes. The new material comprises a specific blend of materials and a method of making the blend pertaining to temperatures and conditions. Items made of or comprising the new material in accordance with the invention will exhibit both suitable rigidity and durability along with long-lasting flavor to be used in the construction of a number of items, including teething devices, drinking cups, drinking straws and other utensils. The material itself and the inventive devices may be used to flavor other foods. For example, a teething device made from the flavor infused material encourages the child to use the device for longer periods, thereby providing better relief than prior art teethers. Flavored straws may be employed to add, or provided to blend, the flavor of the straw with the flavor of the liquid pulled through the straw. The flavor character is expected to last a minimum of 6 months and typically at least to 2 years or more.

A baby feeding pacifier includes a mounting base in the form of a mouth shield and a pedestal formed on the mouth shield, an annular seat affixed on the pedestal, a support member in the form of an elongated pole also affixed on the pedestal and extending beyond the annular seat, a hollow nipple that has pores between interior and exterior surfaces thereof and inserts into an installed position on the pedestal about the annular seat and the support pole, and a body configured to provide a material adapted for human consumption within and accessible through the pores of the hollow nipple and that seats on the annular seat and fits about the elongated support pole.

Suggested is a pacifier, comprising a mouthpiece and a shield further including a vibration-generating device.

A pacifier strap with a wireless locator is provided. The device includes a flexible strap having a first end opposite a second end. A fastener is disposed on the first end of the flexible strap. A connector is disposed on the second end of the flexible strap, wherein the connector can removably secure a pacifier thereon. An electronics housing is disposed within the flexible strap, wherein a power source is disposed within the electronics housing and is operably connected to a wireless transceiver. The wireless transceiver can transmit a location of the flexible strap to a remote device. In some embodiments, the pacifier is permanently affixed to the second end of the flexible strap.
