A cap on a bottle is selectively opened to permit passage of liquid to and from the chamber and closed to prevent passage of liquid. In some embodiments, a valve is thereby rotated to unblock a throat so that liquid may pass from the opening defined by the shoulder to the chamber in the receptacle.
