An adjustable two piece insulated medicine bottle holder. A tubular shaped top section with an internal insulated sleeve that fits around a medicine bottle, that fits snugly within a tubular bottom section with a closed bottom. A disk of insulated material sits at the bottom of the bottom section, and the top section with the bottle and insulated material is slide down to the disk. The top section includes a threaded rim, and a cap with an center hole is screwed onto the threaded rim. The medicine vial is fully insulated, and the top of the vial is accessible through the central hole.
