METHODS OF TREATING WARM AUTOIMMUNE HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA USING ANTI-FCRN ANTIBODIES

The present disclosure relates to compositions, methods, and uses for using an isolated anti-FcRn antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) to prevent, modulate, or treat warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia.

ANTI-BCMA/ANTI-4-1BB BISPECIFIC ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF

An anti-B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)/anti-4-1BB bispecific antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and use thereof, are provided. The bispecific antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof may have high binding affinity to both of a BCMA protein and a 4-1BB protein and may be effectively used to prevent or treat a disease related to BCMA, 4-1BB, or both thereof (e.g., cancer).

DURABLE VACCINATION

Disclosed herein are compositions that include antigen-encoding nucleic acid sequences and/or antigen peptides. Also disclosed are nucleotides, cells, and methods associated with the compositions including their use as vaccines, including vectors and methods for a heterologous prime/boost vaccination strategy.

COMBINATION OF SMALL MOLECULE INHIBITOR OF THE PD-1/PD-L1 INTERACTION AND ANTI-PD-1 ANTIBODY FOR TREATING CANCER
20230046904 · 2023-02-16 ·

The invention provides methods for treating a cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a small molecule inhibitor of the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-PD-1 antibody, wherein the small molecule inhibitor of the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction is not a protein.

ANTI-TCR ANTIBODY MOLECULES AND USES THEREOF
20230048244 · 2023-02-16 ·

Methods of expanding T cells ex vivo comprising contacting the T cells with antibody molecules that bind to TCR Vβ regions are described. T cells comprise one or more nucleic acid molecule encoding an exogenous cellular receptor, for example, a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or an exogenous T cell receptor (TCR).

METHODS FOR TREATING CANCER USING A COMBINATION OF A PD-1 ANTAGONIST, AN ILT4 ANTAGONIST, AND CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC AGENTS

Provided herein are methods of treating cancer (e.g., NSCLC), which comprise administering to a human patient in need thereof: (a) a PD-1 antagonist; (b) an ILT4 antagonist; and (c) one or more chemotherapeutic agents. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits containing such agents for the treatment of cancer.

ALLERGY TREATMENT
20230049005 · 2023-02-16 ·

The present invention concerns a method of treating peanut allergy in a subject, or a population of subjects, the method comprising administering to said subject or population of subjects a peanut allergen by an oral immunotherapy (OIT) regimen comprising a dose escalation phase in which the peanut allergen is administered in a dose which is increased in increments from an initial dose of the allergen equivalent of 5 mg peanut protein or less to a dose of the allergen equivalent of 200 mg peanut protein or more within 4 to 9 weeks from the administration of the initial dose. The treatment reduces the length of the build-up phase in peanut OIT methods and improves the likelihood or odds of the subject achieving sustained unresponsiveness.

MANAbodies TARGETING TUMOR ANTIGENS AND METHODS OF USING

This document provides methods and materials for assessing a mammal having or suspected of having cancer and/or for treating a mammal having cancer. For example, molecules including one or more antigen-binding domains (e.g., a single-chain variable fragment (scFv)) that can bind to a modified peptide (e.g., a tumor antigen), as well as method for using such molecules, are provided.

ANTI-CCR8 ANTIBODIES

The present disclosure provides anti-CCR8 antibodies, including compositions and methods of using such antibodies.

ANTI-IL-36R ANTIBODIES FOR THE TREATMENT OF A FIBROTIC CONDITION

The present invention provides methods for treating, preventing or ameliorating a fibrotic condition. The methods of the present invention include administering to a patient suffering from a fibrotic condition a therapeutically effective amount an anti-interleukin-36 receptor (anti-IL-36R) antibody.
