Conditioning Composition
A conditioning composition is free of talc and includes tapioca starch, optionally potato starch, optionally corn starch, at least one anionic surfactant, and optionally at least one amphoteric surfactant, which may be described as a core particle. The conditioning composition may include, or be free of, a coating disposed about at least a portion of the core particle and having a compound chosen from cellulose polymers, anionic or cationic polymers, vinyl polymers, natural polymers, polysaccharides, copolymers thereof, and combinations thereof. The conditioning composition includes from about 0 to about 25 percent by weight of liquid, has a pH of from about 3.5 to about 5 when mixed with water at about 10 wt % and produces a flash foam of less than about 10 ml when contacted with water at a temperature of about 26 to about 30° C. degrees.
COMPOSITIONS SUITABLE FOR WHITENING ORAL CARE AND OTHER USES
A modified precipitated silica comprising precipitated silica and at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate and poly(vinylphosphonic acid) is useful for the manufacture of peroxide-based whitening oral care compositions having improved stability over time. It is also useful for the manufacture of elastomeric compositions having a performing balance of properties including e.g. high rolling resistance and/or high wear resistance.
COSMETIC POWDER COMPOSITE AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME
The present invention relates to a powder complex for cosmetics and a cosmetic composition comprising thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a powder complex for cosmetics for improving easy-to-clean of the cosmetic powder with water repellency and a cosmetic composition comprising thereof. The powder complex for cosmetic of the present invention has a technical feature that the amphipathic copolymer having a specific structure is adsorbed on the surface of the hydrophobized powder. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention can exhibit an excellent effect of cleaning, with excellent makeup durability.
