The invention relates to a food supplement containing minerals and/or vitamins, a humectant and, for example, essential oils. The food supplement is formulated as an oral spray. In particular, the invention relates to a concentrated food supplement in the form of an oral spray, containing a combination of magnesium ions, panthenol (vitamin B5), caffeine, menthol aroma and/or peppermint aroma, and a humectant.
