MEDICAMENT COMPRISING A COMBINATION OF AMNIOTIC MEMBRANE AND UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD SERUM FOR WOUND HEALING
The invention is directed at a medicament comprising a combination of dehydrated or cryopreserved amniotic membrane isolated from human or other mammalian placenta, wherein the amniotic membrane is in a form of a sheet or a sheet composite comprising multiple overlain sheets of amniotic membrane; and umbilical cord blood serum, isolated from umbilical cord blood of a human or other mammal, separately of each other, for combined use in a method of treating a tissue wound in a human or other mammalian subject by applying the amniotic membrane to injured tissue of the wound to contact injured tissue of the wound and contacting the amniotic membrane with the umbilical cord blood serum.
IMMUNOCYTOKINE COMPRISING HETERODYMERIC PROTEIN COMPLEX BASED ON IL-15/IL-15RA
The present invention relates to an immunocytokine comprising an heterodimeric protein complex based on IL-15/IL-15Rα, and to use thereof as a therapeutic agent, in particular as an agent for the treatment of cancer and an autoimmune disease. The present invention further relates to an immunocytokine comprising a heterodimeric protein complex based on an IL-15/IL-15Rα and an immunomodulatory antibody, and to use thereof as a therapeutic agent, in particular as an agent for the treatment of cancer and an autoimmune disease.
METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF MALIGNANCIES
The present invention provides for the intratumoral delivery of immunomodulators. In particular, it provides delivery of co-stimulatory molecules using intratumoral electroporation. The present invention provides a method for the treatment of malignancies, wherein the administration of a plasmid encoding for a therapeutic costimulatory protein, in combination with electroporation has a therapeutic effect on primary tumors as well as distant tumors and metastases.
Methods and Compositions in Diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis
The present disclosure provides methods and compositions that find use in facilitating a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) in a subject. The methods and compositions involve measurement of at least one of proteins: IL-16, IL-7, VEGF, CXCL9, CX3CL1, CCL24, CCL19, and CCL11 in a body fluid sample of a subject suspected of having CFS/ME. Levels of one or more of the aforementioned proteins can be used to facilitate a diagnosis of a CFS/ME and/or confirm a diagnosis of CFS/ME. The methods and compositions of the present disclosure also find use in screening subjects for clinical trials and facilitating treatment decisions for a subject.
IL-15-BASED MOLECULES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The invention features combination therapies using an IL-15-based superagonist complex and an antibody to effectively treat subjects with cancer and infectious diseases.

METHODS OF TREATING CANCER
Multimodal cancer immunotherapy is a combination of cancer immunotherapies used to treat cancer in patients. T cell receptor diversity is used as a component of a method to treat cancer involving cancer therapy, including multimodal cancer immunotherapy.
COMBINATION THERAPY OF CANCER INVOLVING MULTI-SPECIFIC BINDING PROTEINS THAT BIND NKG2D, CD16, AND A TUMOR-ASSOCIATED ANTIGEN
Combination therapy of a cancer with a multi-specific binding protein that bind a tumor associated antigen, the NKG2D receptor, and CD16, in combination with a second anti-cancer agent are described. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions of the multi-specific binding protein, and therapeutic methods useful for the treatment of cancer in combination with a second anti-cancer agent.

Immune cells expressing membrane-bound interleukin 15 (mbIL15) and uses thereof
The present invention provides, in certain aspects, a natural killer (NK) cell that expresses all or a functional portion of interleukin-15 (IL-15), and methods for producing such cells. The invention further provides methods of using a natural killer (NK) cell that expresses all or a functional portion of interleukin-15 (IL-15) to treat cancer in a subject or to enhance expansion and/or survival of NK cells.
