The present invention relates to assemblies and method for obtaining a container comprising .sup.212Pb on the walls obtained from a .sup.212Pb precursor isotope source. The invention provides an improved system and method for producing .sup.212Pb high purity without the need for processing, with high yields, and which safely and efficiently can be transported to the locations where it is to be used.
METHODS FOR RADIOLABELLING GRPR ANTAGONISTS AND THEIR KITS
The present invention relates to methods for radiolabelling GRPR antagonists such as NeoB, and their kits. In particular, the invention to a method for labeling a gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) antagonist with a radioactive isotope, preferably .sup.68Ga, .sup.67Ga or .sup.64Cu, said method comprising the steps of: i. providing a first vial comprising said GRPR antagonist in dried form, ii. adding a solution of said radioactive isotope into said first vial, thereby obtaining a solution of said GRPR antagonist with said radioactive isotope, iii. mixing the solution obtained in ii. with at least a buffering agent and incubating it for a sufficient period of time for obtaining said GRPR antagonist labeled with said radioactive isotope, and, iv. optionally, adjusting the pH of the solution.

Heatseal
The present invention relates to systems and methods to facilitate replacement between runs of a kit or cassette from an automated radiosynthesis device located in a hot cell. The method and apparatus of the invention enable automated disconnection of the outlet line by sealing the tubing hermetically by means of heat and by cutting the tubing where it is sealed in such a way that there is no risk of environmental contamination with radioactive material. The invention enables disconnection of the outlet line without manual intervention before opening the shielded enclosure.

Radioisotope concentrator
A system using a radioisotope concentrator device comprising a body having at least one injection port and at least one valve being configurable between a first open configuration for allowing fluid communication between the at least one injection port and the concentrator column and a second open configuration to prevent fluid communication between the at least one injection port and the concentrator column in use, the system further comprising an injection device comprising an eluent for eluting through the concentrator column via the at least one injection port when the at least one valve of the radioisotope concentrator device is in a selected open configuration in use.
