SOLID LIP COSMETIC
An objective of the invention is to provide a solid lip cosmetic that imparts a highly lustrous finish, while also being resistant to bleeding in the finish after being applied, having excellent stability over time, and further thereto, having a pleasant sense of resilience when applied, being light to spread and providing a high sense of adhesion after application. The solid lip cosmetic according to the present invention contains (A) fatty acid polyglycerides; (B) silicic anhydride having an average particle size of 1 μm or smaller; and (C) a colorant; wherein the component (A) includes (a1) a fatty acid polyglyceride having a viscosity of 5000 mPa.Math.s or higher at 25° C., and (a2) a fatty acid polyglyceride having a viscosity lower than 5000 mPa.Math.s at 25° C.; the component (a1) content is 0.1% to 20% by mass; the mass ratio between components (a1) and (a2) satisfies (a1):(a2)=1:0.5 to 1:5; and the component (B) content is 0.25% to 4% by mass.
COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS
A method for processing a high pigment loaded cosmetic composition may provide a pre-dispersion phase, a grind phase, and a full extender phase. The method of processing the cosmetic composition may fully saturate and disperse solid particulates of at least 35% by weight of the cosmetic composition. The method for processing the cosmetic composition may provide a high color payoff in a single swipe or application. Further, the method for processing the cosmetic composition may reduce feathering and bleeding even with a high pigment load.
COSMETIC COMPOSITION
Anhydrous cosmetic compositions that provide improved dispersion of pigments and fillers, and solids spreading, as well as providing a matte color or mattifying effect. The anhydrous cosmetic compositions comprise a polyhydroxyalkanoate; a polysiloxane elastomer; and a filler, a pigment, or both.
DIALIPHATIC KETONE MIXTURES, COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING SAME AND USE THEREOF
Mixtures of different dialiphatic ketones, compositions comprising such ketone mixtures and use of the mixtures or the compositions for cosmetics.
Oily stick-shaped cosmetic
An oily stick-shaped cosmetic containing (A) a partially hydrogenated jojoba ester, (B) Japan wax, (C) a higher fatty acid, and (D) a dimer acid ester.
MOISTURIZING BASE MATERIAL CONTAINING LIPID PEPTIDE COMPOUND
A moisturizing base material that contains a lipid peptide compound including at least one of compounds of Formula (1) below and simulated compounds thereof or pharmaceutically usable salts thereof, a surfactant, a specific polyhydric alcohol, a fatty acid, and water.

(wherein R.sup.1 is a C.sub.9-23 aliphatic group; R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group that optionally has a branched chain having a carbon atom number of 1 or 2; and R.sup.3 is a —(CH.sub.2).sub.n—X group; n is a number of 1 to 4; and X is amino group, guanidino group, —CONH.sub.2 group, or a 5-membered cyclic group optionally having 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms, a 6-membered cyclic group optionally having 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms or a condensed heterocyclic group constituted by a 5-membered cyclic group and a 6-membered cyclic group which optionally have 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms.)
AQUEOUS COSMETIC
An aqueous cosmetic includes water, a polyhydric alcohol and carminic acid. A content of the carminic acid is greater than or equal to 0.2 mass% and less than 2 mass% based on a total amount of the aqueous cosmetic.
SOLID COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR BLOCKING ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION HAVING WATER RESISTANCE AND CLEANSING PROPERTIES
The present invention provides a solid cosmetic composition which contains a UV-blocking agent, a fatty acid, and a wax, has excellent water resistance and/or cleansing properties, and can effectively block ultraviolet radiation. More specifically, a cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet radiation according to the present invention has excellent water resistance at low pH, and is converted to having excellent cleansing properties at high pH during the cleansing of skin, and thus can be effectively used.
Solid hair cosmetic composition
The present disclosure relates to a solid hair cosmetic composition comprising—based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition—0.1 to 40.0% by weight of at least one polysaccharide, at least one polysaccharide being starch from corn, rice, potato or tapioca; modified starch; hydroxypropyl starch phosphate or a dextrin, and optionally: 10.0 to 60.0% by weight of at least one polyhydric alcohol, 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one cationic surfactant, and 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of at least one saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alcohol and/or a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 carboxylic acid and/or a salt of a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched C.sub.8-C.sub.30 carboxylic acid, as well as production and application methods and uses thereof.
Methods and compositions for treating cutaneous fungal infections
The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatment of dermatophytic conditions such as tinea pedis. Such conditions can progress through multiple stages, such as fungal and bacterial stages, making effective treatment results difficult to achieve. The invention relates to a combined therapy effective for treatment of the condition that utilizes daily administration of a balanced combination of antifungals, antiperspirants and drying agents to achieve a beneficial therapeutic effect, irrespective of the stage of the disease upon commencement of the treatment.
