SOLID COMPOSITION CONTAINING AMORPHOUS, POORLY WATER-SOLUBLE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present invention provides a solid composition containing an amorphous poorly water-soluble material, and a method for producing the same. The solid composition of the present invention is a solid composition containing an amorphous poorly water-soluble material (1a), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (2), and one or more types of water-soluble polysaccharides (3) other than hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, and is characterized in that an XRD analysis value of the solid composition is 4.0% or less.
SURFACE-MODIFIED ZINC OXIDE PARTICLES, LIQUID DISPERSION, AND COSMETIC
Surface-modified zinc oxide particles which have a silane coupling agent having an alkoxy group on surfaces thereof, in which d50 when measured with a laser diffraction/scattering type particle size distribution-measuring instrument by the following measurement method is 4 μm or less. (Measurement method) 10 g of the surface-modified zinc oxide particles, 88 g of cyclopentasiloxane, and 2 g of polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone are mixed to obtain a liquid mixture, a dispersion treatment is performed on the obtained liquid mixture at 9,500 rpm for 5 minutes using a homogenizer to obtain a liquid dispersion, the liquid dispersion is diluted with cyclopentasiloxane so that a content of the surface-modified zinc oxide particles in the obtained liquid dispersion is 0.01% by mass to produce a measurement solution, and d50 is measured with the laser diffraction/scattering type particle size distribution-measuring instrument using the obtained measurement solution.
Method for producing capsules comprising at least one water-soluble or hydrophilic substance, and resulting capsules
The present invention relates to a method for preparing solid microcapsules that comprises of the following steps: a) the preparation of a composition C1, comprising at least one water-soluble or hydrophilic substance dispersed in a hydrophobic phase; b) the addition, under stirring, of the said composition C1 in a polymeric composition C2, the compositions C1 and C2 being immiscible with each other, whereby an emulsion (E1) is obtained; c) the addition, under stirring, of the emulsion (E1) in a composition C3, the compositions C2 and C3 being immiscible with each other, whereby a double emulsion (E2) is obtained; d) the application of a shear to the emulsion (E2), whereby a double emulsion (E3) is obtained; and e) the polymerisation of the composition C2, whereby solid microcapsules dispersed in the composition C3 are obtained.
Scrub sponge and preparation method therefor
Disclosed are a scrub sponge and a preparation method therefor. The method for preparing the scrub sponge includes the operations of: obtaining a first mixture by stirring alkalizer, porogen, konjac powder, scrub granule and water, and filling the first mixture into a mold to form a preform, where the preform includes a first sponge layer; forming a parison by sequentially cooking and freezing the preform; and sequentially unfreezing, dehydrating and drying the parison to obtain the scrub sponge.
