COMPOSITION COMPRISING HYALURONIC ACID-BASED POLYION COMPLEX PARTICLE
The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one particle comprising at least one cationic polymer and at least one anionic polymer, at least one cationic polymer and at least one amphoteric polymer, at least one anionic polymer and at least one amphoteric polymer, or at least one amphoteric polymer, and at least one non-polymeric acid having two or more pKa values or salt(s) thereof or at least one non-polymeric base having two or more pKb values or salt(s) thereof; and (b) water, wherein the anionic polymer is selected from hyaluronic acid and derivatives thereof, and the amphoteric polymer is selected from cationized hyaluronic acid and salts thereof. The composition according to the present invention is stable, and can have a variety of cosmetic functions. The stickiness of the composition according to the present invention can be reduced.

The composition according to the present invention is stable, and can have a variety of cosmetic functions. The stickiness of the composition according to the present invention can be reduced.
COSMETIC COMPOSITION THAT RESISTS PILLING
A pilling-resistant cosmetic composition is in the form of an oil in water emulsion that includes a water phase and an oily phase, and includes at least one cosmetically acceptable polymeric thickener selected from the group consisting of crosspolymers, gums, taurate based polymers, carbomers, polyacrylates, and combinations thereof, at least one ethoxylated agent in liquid form at ambient temperature in a range from about 20° C. to about 28° C. and has an HLB from about 8.5 to about 16; and at least one oil. The pilling-resistant cosmetic composition resists pilling when applied by rubbing or smoothing on a keratinous substrate.
AQUEOUS COMPOSITION COMPRISING A CATIONIC POLYMER, AN ANIONIC POLYMER, AN ANIONIC SURFACTANT COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE CATIONIC COUNTERION, A FATTY PHASE AND A PIGMENT
The present application relates to a composition comprising, notably in a physiologically acceptable medium: a. water; and b. at least one cationic polymer (PC) chosen from methyldiallylamine polymers or diallyldimethylammonium polymers; and c. at least one anionic polymer (PA) chosen from methacrylic acid homopolymer salts; and d. at least one anionic surfactant comprising at least one cationic counterion; and e. a fatty phase; and f. at least one pigment; the weight ratio of the total amount of cationic polymer(s)/the sum of the total amount of cationic polymer(s) and of the total amount of anionic polymer(s) ranging from 40% to 70%; the weight ratio of the sum of the total amount of cationic polymer(s) and of the total amount of anionic polymer(s) to the sum of the total amount of anionic and cationic polymers and of the amount of water ranging from 5% to 25%. The invention also relates to a process for coating keratin materials, in particular the skin, notably the contour of the eyes, eyelashes or eyebrows, and keratin fibers, such as the eyelashes and/or the eyebrows, comprising a step of applying to said keratin materials at least one composition as defined above.

A composition containing amitochodrially-targeted antioxidant of the SkQ type and a polyacrylate, agarose, agar-agar orhyaluronic acid polymer useful for production of pharmaceutical, medicinal and cosmetic compositions having good stability. Such compositions may usefully also include lactic acid.

Cosmetic composition comprising glycolic acid and methods of use
The present disclosure relates to stable cosmetic compositions that include high levels of free glycolic acid. The cosmetic compositions typically include: glycolic acid and/or a salt thereof; at least one non-silicone fatty compound; at least one emulsifier; at least one water-soluble solvent; at least one silicone; and water. The cosmetic compositions are in the form of an emulsion, in particular, a water-in-oil emulsion, and typically have a low pH of below 7. Also, the cosmetic compositions have high amount of free glycolic acid, for example, at least 6 wt. % of free glycolic acid, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. The cosmetic compositions are particularly useful for improving the appearance of skin. Accordingly, the instant disclosure relates to methods of treating skin, for example, improving the appearance of skin using the cosmetic compositions.
