Phytic Acid Ester Derivative
The present invention relates to a phytic acid ester derivative and a use thereof. The phytic acid ester derivative of the present invention has a structure of the following formula I:
##STR00001## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8, R.sup.9, R.sup.10, R.sup.11 and R.sup.12 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, the following formula II:
##STR00002## wherein —CH.sub.2— is optionally substituted by one or two substituents, the following formula III:
##STR00003## wherein —CH.sub.2—C.sub.6H.sub.4— is optionally substituted by one or more substituents, and the following formula IV:
##STR00004## wherein —CH.sub.2—CH.sub.2— is optionally substituted by one or more substituents, provided that a compound where all of R.sup.1 to R.sup.12 are H is excluded.
LIPSTICK ARRANGEMENT
A lipstick arrangement including a casing and a protective covering. The casing includes a first part including a carrier at a bottom region, a second part and a protruding element attached to the second part. Lipstick bullet is mounted on the carrier and has an elongate shape including a sloping top portion. The carrier is operatively coupled to the first part and the second part and the carrier is arranged to move in an axial direction relative to the second part in response to the first part being rotated relative to the second part. The protective covering covers the first part of the casing when applied to the casing. The sloping top portion of the lipstick bullet is configured to face away from the protruding element when the lipstick bullet is unscrewed to a fully deployed position.
Oral care compositions and uses thereof
Described herein are oral care compositions comprising amphiphilic macromolecules, along with methods of making and using same.
COSMETIC AGENT FOR TEMPORARILY RESHAPING KERATINOUS FIBERS WITH NATURAL PETROLEUM JELLY
Cosmetic agents for temporarily shaping keratin fibers, in particular human hair, are provided. In one example, a cosmetic agent includes, in each case in relation to the total weight of the composition, a) from about 10 to about 45% by weight of at least one clay mineral, h) from about 30 to about 60% by weight of at least three natural fat compounds, and c) from about 2 to about 15% by weight of at least one emulsifier.
Water soluble surfactant composition having improved taste
Treated surfactant composition containing a water-soluble surfactant and exhibiting improved taste, said composition comprising: a water-soluble surfactant selected from alkyl phosphate surfactants, alkyl phosphate ethoxylated surfactants, betaine surfactants, betaine ethoxylated surfactants, amine oxide surfactants, and mixtures thereof and water; wherein the composition further comprises: less than about 4%, by weight of the water-soluble surfactant, of total undesirable non-polar materials; less than about 2.5%, by weight of the water-soluble surfactant, of alcohols having a carbon chain length of greater than 4; less than about 1%, by weight of the water-soluble surfactant, of amine and amide materials; and less than about 1%, by weight of the water-soluble surfactant, undesirable non-polar materials selected from aldehydes, esters, ketones, and organic acids. Such compositions wherein the compositions have been subjected to liquid-liquid extraction processes.
POLYPHENYLMETHANOL SURFACTANTS
The present disclosure provides a composition comprising a surfactant compound containing aromatic groups in the hydrophobe. Also disclosed are personal care formulations and performance chemical formulations, such as agrochemical formulations, that comprise such surfactant compounds.
HAIR COLORING COMPOSITIONS
It is provided a kit for obtaining a hair coloring composition, a hair coloring composition, and a method for treating hair. The hair coloring composition particularly provides the desired color shade and intensity, together with an enhanced root to tip evenness on hair, particularly on previously colored hair and on hair with a broad range of damage levels along hair length.
Regimen for controlling or reducing dentine hypersensitivity
The present invention provides a method of treating a tooth surface to control or reduce dentine hypersensitivity, comprising the steps: (a) contacting the tooth surface with a first composition comprising an organophosphate; and thereafter (b) contacting the tooth surface with a second composition comprising a water-insoluble calcium phosphate.
Regimen for providing smooth tooth feel
The present invention provides a method of treating a tooth surface to provide smooth tooth feel benefits, comprising the steps: (a) contacting the tooth surface with a first composition comprising a water-insoluble calcium phosphate; and thereafter (b) contacting the tooth surface with a second composition comprising an organophosphate.
Oral Care Compositions and Uses Thereof
Described herein are oral care compositions comprising amphiphilic macromolecules, along with methods of making and using same.
