WOUND CARE COVERING
Wound care coverings include a pad comprising a pad material, a lactate-based enzyme crosslinked with the pad material by a crosslinker, and a dye that changes color when H.sub.2O.sub.2 is present. In examples, an enzyme layer comprises a pad material crosslinked with a sugar-based enzyme by a crosslinker, a sugar-containing layer comprises a sugar in a hydrogel, and a rupturable barrier is between the enzyme layer and sugar-containing layer. In examples, a first enzyme layer comprises a first pad material, a lactate-based enzyme and a dye that changes color when H.sub.2O.sub.2 is present; a second enzyme layer comprises a second pad material crosslinked with a sugar-based enzyme by a second crosslinker; a sugar-containing layer comprises a sugar in a hydrogel, where the second enzyme layer is between the sugar-containing layer and the first enzyme layer; and a rupturable barrier is between the second enzyme layer and the sugar-containing layer.

Indicator panels for incontinence products
The present disclosure is directed to indicating systems and methods for incontinence products. The indicating system may include an indicator panel for an incontinence product that is adapted to provide a qualitative or quantitative indication of a characteristic of a liquid absorbed by the indicator panel.

Polyurethane material for indicating pH at a locus, preferably as indication of presence of microbes, comprising a polyurethane network having immobilised therein one or more hydrophilic copolymers, the or each said copolymer comprising: hydrophilic monomer; and indicating monomer, which provides an indication in response to a change in hydrophilic state of said hydrophilic monomer and/or copolymer; characterised in that the or each copolymer further comprises one or a plurality of ionisable groups or moieties or polymerisable monomers having one or more characteristic pKa values in the range 5 to 10 and which are responsive to pH at the locus in the range pH 5 to pH 10 and in that hydrophilic state of hydrophilic copolymer is dependent on ionisation of said ionisable groups, moieties or monomers; kit and device comprising the material and process for preparation thereof; and use in detecting or sensing microbes or pH.

Disclosed herein are fluff pulp compositions, absorbent articles comprising the fluff pulp compositions, and related methods. The fluff pulp compositions comprise a chemiluminescent system configured to produce visible light upon contact with an aqueous system. Representative absorbent articles include disposable diapers and adult incontinence products. Representative chemiluminescent systems include bioluminescent systems.

The fluff pulp compositions comprise a chemiluminescent system configured to produce visible light upon contact with an aqueous system. PATTERNED FIBROUS SUBSTRATES
Patterned fibrous substrates having a plurality of individual fibers, a first region, and a second region are provided. The patterned fibrous substrates have a plurality of individual fibers of the first region having a first diameter and a plurality of individual fibers of the second region have a second diameter, wherein the first diameter is less than the second diameter. The individual fibers of the first region and the individual fibers of the second region are substantially free of bonds, other than primary bonds. The first region has a first C.I.E. L* score, and the second region has a second C.I.E. L* score, according to the Color Test Method. The first C.I.E. L* score is different than the second C.I.E. L* score.

MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEMOSTATIC MATERIAL AND HEMOSTATIC MATERIAL PREPARED THEREBY
A preparation method of a hemostatic material is provided, wherein the method mainly includes mixing a keratin and an alginate; obtaining a keratin-alginate composite scaffold by a freeze-gelation method; and drying the keratin-alginate composite scaffold to obtain a hemostatic material. Further, a methylene blue can be loaded into the hemostatic material so that the hemostatic material has antimicrobial photodynamic abilities.
