Automatic system for providing full body shower to a user
An automatic system for providing full body shower with round the body cleaning to a user is illustrated. The automatic system includes a solid supporting unit with horizontal and vertical frames. A primary cleaning unit and a secondary cleaning unit are provided for the cleaning of the head portion and the body surface of a user. The first horizontal frame and the secondary cleaning unit are configured with vertical upward and downward movement along the vertical frame using an elevating means. Each of the primary and secondary cleaning units comprises a plurality of nozzles, brushes and ultraviolet (UV) light sources. An air dryer chamber propelling dry air for drying the wet body and head portion of the user is utilized. The automatic shower system can also be used in the horizontal orientation.
HYDROXYL ION GENERATOR APPARATUSES FOR CEILING MOUNT OR WALK THROUGH
The invention describes a method and a walk through apparatus to treat surfaces with hydroxyl ions to reduce the viability and/or kill pathogens.
Systems and methods for treating biological fluids
Provided are systems and methods for treating a biological fluid, e.g., to inactivate pathogens.
Remote pathogen eradication
A method and device for the remote eradication of pathogens comprising a light source for emitting UV light in the pathogen killing wave length range, and a tangible transmission medium, which is at least initially resistant to degradation by the UV light. An optical interface between the UV light source and the tangible transmission medium is provided whereby the emitted UV light is collected from the light source and transmitted through the tangible transmission medium, whereby UV light emitted from the tangible transmission medium and directed against a pathogen in proximity thereto is at a power level sufficient to substantially effectively kill the pathogen within a reasonable period of time. The device is used for sanitization of biopsy channels of endoscopes and for treating of pathogens within humans and animals.
Apparatus for directing light through an inner lumen of a body
An assembly for redirecting light emitted by an end-emitting optical fiber into an inner lumen of a body is provided. According to one implementation, the body includes one or more surfaces disposed on or in the body onto which the light is configured to impinge when the end emitting optical fiber is activated, the one or more surfaces being configured to alter the trajectory of the light so that the light is directed to impinge on a light reflector of a cap removably attached to the body, the light reflector of the cap being configured to redirect the light distally into the inner lumen of the body.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DISINFECTION
A system and method for a UV disinfection device configured to be disposed to direct UV energy through an exit interface toward a target surface of a device. The UV disinfection device may be configured for low-profile distribution of UV energy toward the target surface.
FAR UV-C APPARATUS AND CONFIRMATION OF USE
A UV-C sanitizing apparatus includes a main body defining an opening configured for receiving an item to be exposed to UV-C light emission. A source of UV-C light positioned within the main body and are configured to emit UV-C light to form a field for treatment. The source of UV-C light can be provided by one or more UV-C elements positioned on either or both of a lower and upper internal surfaces of the main body. The one or more UV-C elements are configured to emit light at a wavelength between 205 and 230 nm including a wavelength of 208 nm or 222 nm. The UV-C light is configured to kill, destroy, or reduce growth of microorganisms and germs without damaging human tissue.
STEAM PHYSIOTHERAPY MECHANISM
A steam physiotherapy mechanism includes a receptacle having a chamber formed in a housing, a steam pipe disposed in the housing, a steam generating device connected to the steam pipe for generating and supplying a steam into the chamber of the housing, a number of tiles disposed in the housing, and a number of retainers engaged with the tiles for anchoring the tiles in the housing, the tiles each include a number of casings each having a compartment, and one or more of the compartments of the casings are filled with an ore mud. The tiles each include a number of passages formed in the casings and communicating with the compartments of the casings.
DISINFECTING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a garment comprising: a disinfecting device comprising: a cavity, a sensor operative to actuate upon one or more objects entering the cavity, and a disinfecting portion configured to disinfect the one or more objects within the cavity, the disinfecting portion being actuated upon receiving an indication from the sensor of the one or more objects entering the cavity; and a lighting apparatus disposed on an outer surface of the garment in operative communication with the disinfecting device, the lighting apparatus comprising: a clean visual indicator, an unclean visual indicator, and a switch configured to: responsive to a predetermined amount of time passing and the disinfecting portion not being actuated, display the unclean visual indicator and stop display of the clean visual indicator, and responsive to the disinfecting portion being activated, display the clean visual indicator and stop display of the unclean visual indicator.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SURFACE DISINFECTION USING UV LIGHT
A device for disinfecting surfaces is provided. One embodiment has a plurality of UV light (energy) emitting LEDs residing in an enclosure, wherein emitted UV energy passes through a lens onto a surface being disinfected; a heat dissipator that receives heat generated by the UV emitting LEDs; and a fluid moving device. The enclosure has a fluid heating passageway that is in fluid contact with the heat dissipator, has a transfer passageway with a distal end that is fluidly coupled to a proximal end of the fluid heating passageway, and has a return passageway that is fluidly coupled to a proximal end of the transfer passageway and that is fluidly coupled to a distal end of the fluid heating passageway. During operation, the fluid moving device operates to circulate a cooling fluid through the fluid heating passageway, the transfer passageway, and the return passageway. Heat transfers to the ambient environment.
