A safety valve sheet, a breathing tube, a breathing tube assembly and a breathing mask are provided. The safety valve sheet is used for being arranged in the breathing tube which is provided with a safety valve hole of the breathing mask, the safety valve sheet comprises a sheet body, and the sheet body comprises an outer side surface being capable of covering the safety valve hole, wherein a protrusion is formed on the outer side surface, and the protrusion is used for being contacted with an inner side surface of a hole edge of the safety valve hole when the sheet body covers the safety valve hole to form an exhaust gap between the outer side surface and the hole edge. The safety valve sheet is simple in structure and can effectively reduce exhaust noise after being applied to the breathing mask.

Interface device formable by additive manufacturing process

An interface device is structured to be connected in fluid communication with a source of breathing gas and to provide a flow of breathing gas to the airways of a patient. The interface device includes a support (24), a deformable portion (28) situated on the support, and an interface portion (32) situated on the deformable portion and being structured to be engaged with the patient in the vicinity of the airways, with the deformable portion including a plurality of deformable elements (36) that form a lattice structure and that are connected with the support at a plurality of spaced apart points of connection (44) on the support. The interface device may be formed via an additive manufacturing process.

FACE MASK WITH SLEEVE AND FLAP

A minimal weight patient interface device that delivers breathing gas to a user includes a cushion assembling including a support cushion assembly and a sealing member is described herein. In one exemplary embodiment, the support cushion assembly includes a wedge that is made of a high density foam received within a wedge receiving portion of the support cushion assembly. In the exemplary embodiment, the cushion assembly is formed by the sealing member fitting over the support cushion assembly. The sealing member, in one embodiment, is made of silicone, for example, having a low durometer value (e.g., between 5-10 Shore 00). Furthermore, in one embodiment, the patient interface device also includes a faceplate that is placed over the cushion assembly and is made of a thermoform, such as a high density foam laminated between two pieces of fabric, such as polyester.
