The present invention relates to a drug injection cartridge and a drug injector comprising same, and has an anti-pushing part (100) formed between a needle part (10) and a cartridge (20), thereby preventing a rubber film from being expanded by pressure applied to the cartridge (20), such that a drug does not leak, and the accuracy of drug injection can be improved.

A syringe assembly includes a prefilled syringe and a cap. A cap body is configured to be displaced from a first position where a viewing portion is positioned in a cylindrical main body to a second position where the viewing portion protrudes in a distal end direction from an opening of the cylindrical main body. When a mounting tube portion of the cap removed from a syringe body is brought close to a nozzle portion of the syringe body, the cap body is pressed in the distal end direction by the nozzle portion, thereby being displaced from the first position to the second position, and the appearance of an outer peripheral portion of the viewing portion changes.

A sealed medication dispensing and administering device has a syringe, a plunger, a connecting holder, an elastic valve, and a liquid stopper. The syringe has an outer barrel having an air inlet tube and an inner barrel inserted inside the outer barrel and having a medication inlet tube. The plunger is inserted within the outer and inner barrels. The connecting holder is connected to the syringe and has a connecting cover with at least one outer connecting hole and two piercing needles respectively piercing inside the air inlet tube and the medication inlet tube. Inner spaces of the two piercing needles communicate with the at least one outer connecting hole. The elastic valve selectively covers the two piercing needles. The fluid stopper is disposed within the connecting cover and blocks one of the at least one outer connecting hole and the inner space of the air inlet tube.

Drug delivery devices are described that provide hybrid forms with gripping and stability functionalities, such as a grip portion on a skin contact surface. In some versions, the drug delivery devices can include a cap having a release liner such that removal of the cap exposes the grip portion. In some versions, the drug delivery devices include a retractable needle guard having the grip portion extending therearound.

Devices and methods useful for injecting therapeutics into the body of a patient are illustrated and described herein. In certain aspects, needle assemblies comprising a needle having a needle shaft with one or more side openings and a needle sheath slidably moveable along the needle shaft to selectively expose or cover all or a portion of the one or more side openings are provided. Such assemblies may include an interference fit between the needle sheath and the needle shaft and/or a seal positioned around the needle shaft proximal of the plurality of one or more side openings and configured to prevent fluid from leaking between the needle sheath and the needle shaft and beyond a proximal end of the needle sheath.

The present disclosure relates to a medicament delivery device includes a housing configured to receive a cartridge containing a medicament, an injection needle having a proximal end and a distal end, an injection needle holder to which the injection needle is fixed, the injection needle holder being moveable relative to the housing between a rest position and a use position, and an injection needle cap detachably connected to the injection needle holder and enclosing the proximal end of the injection needle. The medicament delivery device is configured such that pushing the injection needle cap towards the cartridge causes the injection needle holder to move from the rest position in which the distal end of the injection needle is spaced from the cartridge towards the use position in which the distal end of the injection needle can engage the cartridge.

The present disclosure relates to a medicament delivery device comprising: a housing configured to receive a cartridge containing a medicament; an injection needle having a proximal end and a distal end; an injection needle holder to which the injection needle is fixed, the injection needle holder being moveable relative to the housing between a rest position and a use position; and an injection needle cap detachably connected to the injection needle holder and enclosing the proximal end of the injection needle. The medicament delivery device is configured such that pushing the injection needle cap towards the cartridge causes the injection needle holder to move from the rest position in which the distal end of the injection needle is spaced from the cartridge towards the use position in which the distal end of the injection needle can engage the cartridge.

A disposable syringe set includes a syringe barrel in which a medicinal fluid inlet is formed and a plunger is fitted and coupled to an opening at the other side; a first screw-coupling portion formed on an outer circumference of the medicinal fluid inlet; a syringe needle hub in which a syringe needle is coupled to one end and an inner side at the other end is fitted and coupled to the outer circumference of the medicinal fluid inlet; and a second screw-coupling portion formed on an inner circumference of the syringe needle hub and configured to be coupled to the first screw-coupling portion. A needle assembly for medical or surgical use is disclosed, such as for hemodialysis. A representative needle assembly comprises an outer needle assembly and an integral needle tip protector. A representative outer needle assembly comprises: an outer needle comprising: a first lumen; a first aperture with a sharp needle tip at a first distal end of the outer needle; and a second aperture arranged opposite the first aperture. In another embodiment, the outer needle has a longitudinal slot and the integral needle tip protector includes a sliding connector which is slidable in the longitudinal slot. The integral needle tip protector is arranged within the first lumen and moveable between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration, and comprises: a needle tip cover arranged to shield the sharp needle tip in the extended configuration, the needle tip cover having a smooth or beveled distal surface forming a blunt tip.
