The fill adapter includes a button assembly actuator and a pump chamber plunger actuator hingeably attached to the button assembly actuator, wherein the actuation of the button assembly actuator actuates the pump chamber plunger actuator and wherein the pump chamber plunger actuator actuates a pump chamber membrane before the at least one button assembly is actuated.

The device includes a cover portion comprising a septum window; a slider beam comprising a septum cover; and a first filling aid tab attached to the slider beam, the first filling aid tab in slidable relation to the cover from a first position to a second position, wherein when the filling aid device is in an unlocked position, the septum cover is located below the septum window, wherein when the first filling aid tab is moved from the first position to the second position, the septum cover is moved from below the septum window, and the filling aid device is in the locked position.

The filling aid includes a locking portion including a groove feature; and a locking feature having a locked and an unlocked position; and a filling syringe holder slidably attached to the locking portion, the filling syringe holder including a filling needle cradle portion having a tongue feature; and a needle housing portion comprising at least one tab having a starting position and a filling position, wherein the groove feature configured to accommodate the tongue feature, and wherein the locking feature interact with the filling syringe holder wherein when the locking feature moves from the locked position to the unlocked position the needle housing portion moves from the starting position to the filling position.

An example connector for a balloon catheter assembly according to an example of the present disclosure includes, among other possible things, an inlet branch, a first outlet branch in fluid communication with the inlet branch and configured to be connected to a first balloon, a second outlet branch in fluid communication with the inlet branch and configured to be connected to a second balloon, and a valve integrated the first outlet branch. The valve has a first position and a second position. The valve is configured to limit fluid flow through the valve when in the first position. Another example connector for a balloon catheter assembly and a method of inflating a balloon catheter assembly are also disclosed.
Tissue expanders having integrated drainage and moveable barrier membranes
A tissue expander having an integrated drain includes a shell having an opening and one or more drainage holes, and an injection port disposed in the opening of the shell and forming a fluid-tight seal with the shell. The injection port includes a needle guard having a needle guard base with a top surface. The injection port includes a moveable barrier membrane overlying the top surface of the needle guard base. The moveable barrier membrane is moveable between a first position for inflating and deflating the shell with a first fluid and a second position for draining a second fluid from outside the shell. A magnet is coupled with the moveable barrier membrane, and a compressible spring is connected with the magnet. The compressible spring is compressed for storing energy as the moveable barrier membrane moves from the first position to the second position.

The device includes a cover portion comprising a septum window; a slider beam comprising a septum cover; and a first filling aid tab attached to the slider beam, the first filling aid tab in slidable relation to the cover from a first position to a second position, wherein when the filling aid device is in an unlocked position, the septum cover is located below the septum window, wherein when the first filling aid tab is moved from the first position to the second position, the septum cover is moved from below the septum window, and the filling aid device is in the locked position.

A self-cleaning needleless connector may include a connector body defining a fluid passageway including an inlet and an outlet, a cover disposed over at least the inlet of the connector body, an access point disposed at an inlet end of the cover, where in a first position the inlet is within the cover and in an second position the inlet is extended beyond the cover and configured to receive a male luer, a reservoir containing a cleaning agent, and an abrasive surface located in the cover that is in fluid communication with the cleaning agent, where the abrasive surface and the cleaning agent are configured to contact an exterior surface of the inlet to create friction.
