DUAL-PRESSURE RESPIRATORY ASSISTANCE DEVICE
A respiratory delivery system providing a bi-level pressure airflow. The system includes respiratory and pneumatic circuits. The respiratory circuit includes a respiratory gas supply, a patient interface, and a bi-level pressure regulator. The respiratory gas supply supplies a respiratory gas to the patient interface via a first conduit. The bi-level pressure regulator is coupled to the patient interface via a second conduit and is configured to cyclically alternate the respiratory gas passing through the bi-level pressure regulator between a low-pressure level and a high-pressure level. The pneumatic circuit includes a pneumatic gas supply and a pneumatic cycler configured to output a cycling pressure level. The cycler is coupled to the bi-level pressure regulator via a third conduit. The bi-level pressure regulator cyclically alternates the pressure level of the respiratory gas between the low-pressure level and the high-pressure level with the timing defined by the cycling of the pneumatic gas.
COMBINATION CPAP AND RESUSCITATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A combination positive airway pressure (PAP) or continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and resuscitation system and related methods. The systems can be well-suited for use in providing CPAP therapy for a neonate or infant patient, with the ability to also provide resuscitation therapy at a peak inspiratory pressure (PIP) as needed or desired without switching to another system or switching the patient interface. The system can include an expiratory pressure device capable of regulating a positive end expiration pressure (PEEP) of the system, which preferably can also induce pressure oscillations relative to a mean PEEP.
PATIENT INTERFACE SYSTEM
A patient interface for respiratory therapy includes an interface body and a housing for receiving the interface body. The patient interface also includes a securement member having a pair of support pads, each of the support pads configured to engage the face of a user. In some configurations, the interface body can be a cannula body or a mask body. In some configurations, the housing can receive different interface bodies, and the interface bodies are interchangeable.

This invention relates to a voice therapy and vocal training device (1) which allows to perform both exhalation (phonation and breathing) and inhalation (humidifying and breathing) therapies and to humidify and treat vocal folds of a user. The aim of this invention is to provide a voice therapy and vocal training device (1) which aids in carrying out many features together (all-in-one) such as performing voice trainings, humidification of vocal folds, and being used as an inhalation and a spray device. The voice therapy and vocal training device (1) of the invention prevents water from going down the user's throat during inhalation thanks to its special design.
Device for the care of respiratory wellbeing and for training and the improvement of respiratory function
A device including a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a body part including an inner volume. A first space of the inner volume is adapted to be filled with liquid and a second space of the inner volume is arranged to receive steam. The device further includes means for conveying a gas flow from the steam space of the inner volume via the first flow channel to the outside of the device during inhalation and means for conveying the exhaled gas flow from the outside of the device via the second flow channel to the first space of the inner volume. The device further includes means for measuring a flow and a temperature of an airflow, and means for adjusting the flow of the airflow mechanically and/or automatically. The present disclosure further relates to a method and a system.
DUAL PRESSURE RESPIRATORY ASSISTANCE DEVICE
A dual pressure respiratory assistance device including a gas source which supplies a flow of gas into an air tube having a bubbler branch and a patient branch. A first tube that is connected to the bubbler branch is at least partially submerged in a fluid. An oscillatory relief valve cycles between first and second configurations. The relief valve includes an oscillating member which captures gas released through at least one hole in the first tube when the oscillating member is in a first position. The gas in the oscillating member causes the oscillating member to rise to a second position, wherein gas is released from the oscillating member and the at least one hole is blocked when the oscillating member reaches the second position.
GAS FILTER HOUSING WITH REPLACEABLE GAS FILTER MEDIA FOR MEDICAL VENTILATION SYSTEMS
A medical breathing gas filter housing includes a first housing body including a first port, and a second housing body including a second port. The gas filter housing is configurable between a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the first housing body is snap fit to the second housing body such that first and second interior sides of the first and second housing bodies, respectively, define a cavity, the cavity sized to receive a replaceable gas filter media. In the open state, the first housing body is separated from the second housing body to provide access to the cavity.

Pressure regulating oxygen bottle
A pressure regulating oxygen bottle has a bottle body filled with liquid, a cap mounted on the bottle body, an outer tube mounted in the bottle body, and an inner tube mounted through the cap and protruding in the outer tube. The outer tube has multiple flow holes arranged linearly between two opposite ends of the outer tube. The inner tube is connected to an artificial respiration system and has multiple communicating holes arranged spirally between two opposite ends of the inner tube. By turning the inner tube to allow one of the communicating holes to align with a corresponding one of the flow holes of the outer tube, a hydrostatic pressure formed between a liquid surface of the liquid and the communicating hole is changed. Accordingly, gas pressure inside the artificial respiration system can be adjusted.
