APPLICATOR WITH DOSING UNIT
An instrument having a dosing unit connected to a handle or housing of instrument. The dosing unit may include a reusable actuator with a drive unit and a single-use cartridge. The Cartridge may have a cylinder and a piston, and may be filled by a user prior to the intervention or may be prefilled by the manufacturer. The dosing unit is brought into an open position offset from housing by, for example, operating a latch slider and pulling the dosing unit in a proximal direction. After insertion of the cartridge, the dosing unit may be moved toward housing and the latched slider will lock the dosing unit into a closed position.

TIP FOR INJECTING TATTOO DYE
The present invention relates to a tip for injecting a tattoo dye, the tip comprising: a pressure chamber configured to be able to accommodate liquid; a window provided on one side of the pressure chamber and provided to allow laser irradiated from the outside to pass therethrough so that the laser can reach the liquid accommodated in the pressure chamber; a membrane part provided on one side of the pressure chamber to seal a chamber and configured to be deformable according to pressure generated by the irradiation of the laser to the liquid; a dye chamber which is configured to be able to accommodate a tattoo dye and of which one side is configured to be in fluid communication with the membrane part; a dye supply unit configured to supply a dye to a dye accommodation unit; a first valve for determining whether the dye is flowing from the dye supply unit to the dye chamber; and an inject nozzle provided on one side of the dye chamber and configured to enable the dye accommodated in the dye accommodation unit to be injected to the outside. The tip for injecting a tattoo dye according to the present invention can inject a dye at high pressure without a needle, and thus can relieve pain of a person being tattooed, and has the effect of allowing tattooing to be hygienically performed.
IMPROVEMENTS IN NEEDLE-FREE DELIVERY

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR MODIFYING KERATINOUS SURFACES
An apparatus and method for depositing a particulate containing composition onto mammalian skin such that when the particles contact the mammalian skin they have a momentum defined by ρvr, which is within the range of about 0.1 kg/ms≦ρvr≦about 12.0 kg/ms. The particles can be in the range of from about 10 nanometers to about 10 micrometers, in size. And the particles may be selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, glass, silica and mixtures thereof. The particles are imbedded below the first layer of dead skin cells in the stratum corneum but they do not pass all the way through the stratum corneum into the living cells of the epidermis or dermis layers of the skin.

INJECTOR WITH ADJUSTABLE DOSING
An injector for injecting a medicament in a patient. The injector includes a container comprising a fluid chamber containing a first volume of a medicament, and an injection conduit associated with the fluid chamber for defining a fluid pathway therefrom to inject the medicament from the fluid chamber through the injection conduit to an injection location. The injector also includes a firing mechanism associated with the fluid chamber for expelling the medicament from the fluid chamber through the injection conduit, arid a volume-control mechanism operable to control a fraction of the first volume of medicament that is injected when the firing mechanism is actuated to inject the medicament.
NEEDLELESS INJECTOR
A needleless injector that ejects an injection substance to a target region without using an injection needle, the needleless injector includes: an injector body formed by a resin member; an igniter; a housing part in which the injection substance is accommodated; and a piston that is configured to be moved by ejection energy in a predetermined path, communicating with the combustion chamber, to pressurize the injection substance. A reinforcing member is provided inside the injector body, formed by a metal member to be a tubular member, and extends in an axial direction of the injector body while surrounding at least the igniter and the combustion chamber, the reinforcing member being disposed to be sandwiched between parts of the injector body in a radial direction of the injector body.
