MAKEUP COSMETIC
Provided is a makeup cosmetic having bright fluorescent colouring whilst still having excellent transparency (being clear), and a cosmetic colouring material that is suitable for the cosmetic. The makeup cosmetic comprises (A) at least one kind of oil-soluble dye selected from the group consisting of red no. 218, red no. 223 and orange no. 201, (B) particles of a specific material selected from hydroxyapatite, calcium carbonate, a metal oxide (other than ferric oxide) and silica, and (C) oil, wherein the blending amount of pigment is not greater than 0.5 mass %, and the blending amount of water is less than 1.5 mass %. The makeup cosmetic, achieves high luminance fluorescent colouring whilst also having excellent transparency, and can be used as a lip cosmetic, blusher or eye shadow.

AQUEOUS COSMETIC
An aqueous cosmetic includes water, a polyhydric alcohol and carminic acid. A content of the carminic acid is greater than or equal to 0.2 mass% and less than 2 mass% based on a total amount of the aqueous cosmetic.
SOLID COSMETIC COMPOSITION
A solid cosmetic composition including 12 to 50% by weight of a non-volatile liquid fatty phase and 40 to 85% by weight of a pulverulent phase including spherical fillers that are surface-treated with a metallic soap. Also, a process for preparing such a solid cosmetic composition and a method for making up the skin or lips using such a solid cosmetic composition.
Oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic
The oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic includes: (A) a powder, (B) a water-soluble thickener, and (C) a surfactant, wherein the content of the component (A) is 1% to 30% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic, the component (A) contains (A1) an N-acyl acidic amino acid-treated powder, the component (C) contains (C1) a solid nonionic surfactant having a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) value of less than 7 and (C2) a surfactant having an HLB value of 7 or greater, and the mass ratio [(C1):(C2)] between the component (C1) and the component (C2) is 1.5:1 to 30:1.
Oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic
The oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic includes: (A) a powder, (B) a water-soluble thickener, and (C) a surfactant, wherein the content of the component (A) is 1% to 30% by mass based on the total amount of the cosmetic, the component (A) contains (A1) an N-acyl acidic amino acid-treated powder, the component (C) contains (C1) a solid nonionic surfactant having a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) value of less than 7 and (C2) a surfactant having an HLB value of 7 or greater, and the mass ratio [(C1):(C2)] between the component (C1) and the component (C2) is 1.5:1 to 30:1.

Anhydrous liquid composition comprising oils, a film-forming polymer, a monoalcohol and a particulate material
The invention relates to an anhydrous liquid composition, in particular for caring for and/or making up keratinous substances, in particular the skin, comprising, preferably in a physiologically acceptable medium: a) an oily phase comprising: i) at least one non-volatile oil and ii) at least one volatile hydrocarbon oil and b) at least one monoalcohol comprising from 2 to 8 carbon atoms and c) at least one lipophilic film-forming polymer chosen from: (i) silicone resins of MQ type, (ii) silsesquioxane resins, (iii) vinyl polymers grafted with a carbosiloxane dendrimer, (iv) their mixtures, and d) at least one particulate material, the said composition comprising at least 15% by weight of non-volatile oil(s) with respect to the total weight of the composition. The invention also relates to a method for coating keratinous substances, more particularly for making up and/or caring for keratinous substances, such as the skin, characterized in that it comprises the application to the keratinous substances of a composition as defined above.
