METHOD FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING SKIN DISORDERS AND CONDITIONS
Provided are methods for preventing, ameliorating, or treating a skin disorder, disease, or condition with a casein kinase 1 inhibitor. Also provided are methods of increasing skin pigmentation or sunburn protection by inhibiting casein kinase 1.
Face peel formulation and method of application
A method of applying a skin peel formulation or product that includes providing a skin peel formulation or product containing at least 10% of the total weight of the skin peel formulation or product being vitamin A. Also provided is vitamin C present in at least 20% of the total weight of the skin peel formulation or product, wherein the vitamin C is in oil soluble form. The skin peel formulation is applied to a region of the body without any acid pre-treatments. After application of the skin peel formulation the user waits at least 25 days before reapplying the skin peel formulation again.

Wax Foamable Vehicle and Pharmaceutical Compositions Thereof
Unique foamable vehicles or carriers comprising at least one wax, waxy substance, counterpart or derivative, a stabilizer, water, and a propellant are provided. In some embodiments, the wax is a liquid wax. In some embodiments, the wax includes a solid wax and a liquid wax. The compositions are substantially free of crystals. The components are selected to provide a composition that is substantially resistant to aging and to phase separation, and/or can substantially solubilize and or stabilize active ingredients. Pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions with potentially enhanced skin delivery and their uses are also provided.

A SKIN LIGHTENING COMPOSITION COMPRISING NIACINAMIDE AND ILOMASTAT
The present invention is in the field of personal care compositions; in particular skin lightening compositions. A composition that combines the cyclic adenylic acid reduction and the reduction of melanin content in melanocytes remains to be desired. It has been found that niacinamide in combination with MMP inhibitor galardin synergistically reduces melanin content in melanocytes. The invention thus relates to a composition comprising a synergistic combination of niacinamide and galardin for use in skin lightening. Thus the composition, when applied topically over an appropriate length of time in-vivo, may be used to lighten the skin, or to reduce age spots or freckles.
