BATTERY RACK AND ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME
The battery rack includes a plurality of battery packs vertically arranged, each battery pack including a plurality of secondary batteries stacked in a direction, and a pack housing having an internal space to receive the plurality of secondary batteries and configured to be supplied with a fire extinguishing liquid when an internal temperature equals or rises above a predetermined temperature, and a rack case having a receiving space to receive the plurality of battery packs, and including a plurality of rack plates, each having a mounting surface on which the battery pack is mounted, the mounting surface sloping at a predetermined angle with declining height as it goes in any one direction, and an extension portion having an end of any one direction extending further outward than the lower battery pack.
ANECHOIC CHAMBER FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
A nozzle box unit forming a component of an anechoic chamber fire suppression system is provided. The nozzle box unit includes a pusher assembly that is configured to dislodge a piece of acoustic material positioned in front of the nozzle box so as to permit discharge of a fire suppressing material from a nozzle mounted inside the nozzle box unit into the anechoic chamber.
Systems and methods for electric outlet fire detection and prevention
An electric outlet fire detection and prevention system may comprise a temperature sensor and an electromagnetic interference (EMI) sensor. A processor within the system may monitor the measurements of the temperature and EMI sensors to determine that a fire has developed in an electric outlet box. The processor may then actuate a triggering mechanism in a cartridge containing fire extinguishing material such that the fire extinguishing material is dispersed in the outlet box. The fire extinguishing material may extinguish a developing fire and prevent the fire from spreading further. The processor may also be coupled with a server, which is configured to analyze measurements of the temperature and the EMI sensors and generate a building profile. When the server determines that any measurements deviate from the building profile, the server may instruct the processor to actuate the triggering mechanism and/or notify an electronic device associated with the building.

Method for extinguishing a flame front and extinguishing device
A flame front in a gas pipeline is extinguished by introducing an extinguishing agent at an overpressure at an extinguishing zone of the pipeline. Using an overpressure provides a better and finer atomization of the extinguishing agent, and permits a greater amount of the extinguishing agent to be provided in the extinguishing zone per unit time. In addition, a sealing fluid is introduced at sealing zone of the pipeline. Gas flowing through the pipeline must flow through the sealing fluid in the sealing zone. Preferably, movement of a flame front from one side of the sealing zone to the other side of the sealing zone is prevented or reduced by the sealing fluid.

Ultra-high temperature fusible link
A fusible link assembly including a first detection line, a second detection line, and a fusible link. The fusible link includes, a first substrate with a first end coupled to the first detection line, a second substrate with a first end coupled to the second detection line, and a solder layer directly bonded to a second end of the first substrate and a second end of the second substrate. The solder layer is configured to prevent separation of the first substrate and the second substrate until the solder layer reaches a temperature between 500° F.-575° F.
UTILITY AND APPLIANCE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
A fire suppression system that includes a non-rigid pouch, a quantity of suppressant, a quantity of gas, and a pressurized gas source. The non-rigid pouch that includes an exterior surface and an interior space. The quantity of suppressant, the quantity of gas, and the pressurized gas source is contained within said interior space. The pressurize gas source is configured to increase the internal pressure of the non-rigid pouch by injecting gas into the interior space. The non-rigid pouch is configured to rupture when the internal pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold pressure.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXTINGUISHING A FIRE OVER THE REAR AXLE OF A TRUCK TRAILER
An apparatus, system and method have a sensor positioned above a rear axle attached to a brake of a trailer. The sensor detects whether the temperature of the brake exceeds a threshold temperature. A light is mounted on the trailer and activates in response to the temperature of the brake exceeding the threshold temperature. A handle is pulled to distribute a fluid on the rear axle of the trailer. A conduit extends across the underside of the trailer wherein the conduit carries the fluid. A nozzle sprays the fluid over the rear axle.
