Hockey Net and Rebound Screen
The present invention relates generally to the field of hockey nets. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improved hockey mininet and GoalScreen. The mininet is comprised of a mininet structure, a GoalScreen, a puck, a ball, and a simulated ice surface. The GoalScreen can further removably and magnetically attach to the mininet structure via a magnetic frame and is comprised of framed mininet netting that returns a puck or ball to the user once the puck/ball has been shot at the screen. Further, the mininet may be comprised of a removably or fixedly attached simulated ice surface that mimics the feel of real ice. The mininet attaches to the simulated ice surface structure via a magnetic means or other means. The simulated ice surface may be comprised of a plurality of attachable sections to allow for easy transport and storage.
Tetrahedral Game Goal
A goal for a three-dimensional game includes: (a) four congruent hoops each having three equally spaced tee connectors along their circumferences and each hoop being coupled with each other hoop at exactly one tee connector and in a tetrahedral configuration; (b) four congruent generally triangular rebound sections overlapping at the tees and covering the areas outside of the hoops with a trampoline like construction; (c) a tube of net affixed at both ends to the peripheries of any two hoops which two hoops when rotated in opposite directions twists and constricts the net tube so that a ball may not pass into one end of the tube and out the other end; (d) Three distinct congruent hoop shaped goal openings which, when positioned on a playing field, one hoop is the base, one hoop faces generally away from the opposing goal for two points, and two hoops face generally forward for one point;
Collapsible Portable Sport Goal
This disclosure primarily concerns sports goals. In an aspect, some of these sports goals are collapsible and/or portable. In some novel configurations, a sports goal might be collapsible into an easily carried configuration without any need to disassemble its frame. In another configuration, a sports goal might have frame members that fold using a novel hinge mechanism that enables the plurality of frame members to collapse compactly. In another configuration, a sports goal might have a novel hinging extension mechanism to allow for larger goals to be more compactly collapsed for easier transport and storage or for alternate goal configurations to collapse down more compactly. In yet another configuration, a sports goal might have frame members that fold using a novel hinge mechanism that holds in its current configuration—open or collapsed—resulting in higher stability for both more rigorous play and easier transport and storage.
Collapsible sports net with quick release folding center joints
A collapsible sports goal having frame elements and connector joint assemblies that interconnect the frame elements. Each of the connector joint assemblies receives and interconnects two separate frame elements. The connector joint assemblies have a first leg and a second leg that are joined by a hinge that enables movement between a parallel configuration and a perpendicular configuration. Each first leg has a spring-loaded locking finger extending therefrom and each second leg has a finger engagement hole therein. The locking finger on the first leg engages the finger engagement hole on the second leg when the first leg and the second leg are in their perpendicular configuration.
IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO MOVEABLE GOAL ASSEMBLIES AND PARTS AND FITTINGS THEREFOR
An adjustable football net which can be adjusted to substantially correspond to officially recognised football goal sizes, wherein the net includes connector locations on the top front edge thereof, wherein at least one corner connector location is positioned at, or near, a front top corner of the net, and wherein further connector locations are spaced apart from, the corner connector location(s) and adjacent connector locations a specified distance which substantially corresponds to: an official football age related goal size; providing the net with the ability to include adjustments so as to span distances selected from: 5 m, 4 m, 3 m, 2 m, 1.8 and 1.5 m or a combination of at least two of these distances; and/or 16 feet, 12 feet, 8 feet, and 6 feet or a combination of at least two of these distances.
Collapsible Sports Net with Quick Release Folding Center Joints

Each of the connector joint assemblies receives and interconnects two separate frame elements. The connector joint assemblies have a first leg and a second leg that are joined by a hinge that enables movement between a parallel configuration and a perpendicular configuration. Each first leg has a spring-loaded locking finger extending therefrom and each second leg has a finger engagement hole therein. The locking finger on the first leg engages the finger engagement hole on the second leg when the first leg and the second leg are in their perpendicular configuration.
Shock-absorbing light-and-siren, hologram projection advertisement, and sensing goal post system
A multimedia crossbar system for goal posts of different spots. The system includes a goal frame, a net, a rear net frame, a multimedia bar, and a transparent display screen. The goal frame includes a front crossbar, a first post, and a second post to yield a U-shape. The rear net frame holds up the net behind the goal frame and includes a rear crossbar, a first rear post, and a second rear post. The multimedia bar includes a support bar, a plurality of lights, a plurality of speakers, and a plurality of sponsor display panels for audiovisual entertainment around the goal frame. The support bar is mounted to the rear crossbar and support the lights, speakers, and the sponsor display panels. The transparent display screen provides another visual medium for advertisement and other similar content. The transparent display screen is positioned and perimetrically connected within the rear net frame.
HOCKEY TYPE GAME BOARD AND SYSTEM
A game board and system is provided for hockey-type play and shooting skill development. The board comprises one or more target holes configured to be substantially prismatic in shape and impact the ability of a puck to pass through depending on its orientation when it reaches a target hole opening. Netting is used beneath target holes to receive pucks. Legs are used to prop the board up at an angle for game play and folded or detached for board storage and transport. To enhance game play, and render the system modular and lightweight the game board system can integrate framing elements and constructed using a variety of materials such as metals, wood-based products, plastic, and fabric. In one configuration the game board system includes metal framing fitted with netting and attached to the underside of the game board to configure the target holes as miniature hockey nets.
Foldable sport goals and throwback devices
Sports equipment include a frame with an outer telescoping member including a row of a plurality of openings along its length and a rotation-limiting slot at a first end. An inner telescoping member includes a push button that engages one of the plurality of openings of the outer telescoping member to secure the inner telescoping member to the outer telescoping member. A stub includes a pin that engages the rotation-limiting slot of the outer telescoping member to limit rotation of the outer telescoping member relative to the inner telescoping member. The outer telescoping member may rotate relative to the stub and the inner telescoping member to change a length of at least one member of the sports equipment frame.
Goal frame
A goal frame includes a frame. The frame is mounted with a ball net to form a goal when the frame is in an unfolded state. The frame includes support members, at least one connecting member, and posts. The support members are pivotally connected to the connecting member. The connecting member has stop portions corresponding to the support members. When the support members are blocked by the stop portions, the frame is in the unfolded state. When in the unfolded state, the posts are mounted to the support members, respectively. The posts are detachable. The support members are limited by the ball net and the corresponding stop portions to retain the goal frame in the unfolded state. The assembly of the goal frame is simply. The goal frame can be folded quickly and conveniently by pivoting the support members. The cost of the components is low.
