Multifunctional chair
A multifunctional chair is provided. The multifunctional chair includes a supporting body, a telescopic structure, a seat body, and a pedal assembly. The pedal assembly includes a fixing rod, a movable rod, an operation portion, and an elastic resistance member. The telescopic structure is connected to the supporting body and configured to be operated to telescopically move relative to the supporting body. One end of the fixing rod is fixed to the supporting body. The movable rod is movably connected to the fixing rod. The operation portion is arranged at an end of the movable rod away from the fixing rod. Two ends of the elastic resistance member are respectively connected to the supporting body and the fixing rod. A user can push against the operation portion to rotate the movable rod and the fixing rod toward the ground, and the elastic resistance member provides an elastic resistance.
Exercise machine and method of use
An exercise machine system that allows for completion of a plurality of exercises on one machine is disclosed. The exercise machine system includes a frame having a front bar and a base with a first cross bar extending therebetween; a weight attachment bar pivotally attached to the first cross bar via a pivot joint secured to the first cross bar, the weight attachment bar extending to a weight end; a triangular frame extending from the front bar; a second cross bar extending from the base and coupled to the triangular frame; a body support positioned above the triangular frame, the body support having one or more pads to allow for supporting a person thereon, the body support having one or more bars configured to removably couple to the body support; a leg support secured directly to the body support, the leg support having one or more pads; a cable having a first end and an opposing end; a first pulley secured directly to the leg support via first anchor; and a second pulley secured directly to the weight attachment bar via a second anchor.
Exercise Device
An exercise machine is provided which is configured to place a user in an exercise position, wherein movement during exercise against a load will target the gluteus maximus muscles. The exercise machine positions the body of a user in a lowered or exercise position which supports the user while raising their body to an elevated position, in a manner to stabilize the user and direct movement of the user along the sagittal plane during use, while concurrently isolating the gluteus maximus muscles as the muscles overcoming the load.
Fitness Training Equipment and Method of Use
An exercise apparatus for targeting the hip muscles is disclosed. The apparatus consists of a plurality of supports, a footboard, and a belt wherein elastic bands may be attached to the belt and to the base supports to provide resistance. The apparatus is fully adjustable for targeting muscles of interest, and collapsible for ready transport. Adjustable handles are optionally provided to maintain user stability and thus maximize the effectiveness of the exercise. A method of using the exercise equipment is also provided.
FORCE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR STATIONARY EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
A stationary exercise device includes a support structure and one or more input members such as pedals, handles, or other feature movably connected to the support structure. A movable output member such as a wheel is movably mounted to the support structure, and operably connected to the one or more input members such that movement of the one or more input members causes the output member to move. A resistance member interacts with the output member when the output member is moving to generate a variable resistance force tending to prevent movement of the output member. The variable resistance force may at least partially simulate the effects of inertia and/or momentum.
Mobile training device
An exercising device including a lever or power arm which is able to be arranged by a first end on a retaining element at a first articulated joint in a way pivotable about a pivot axis or pin, whereby a resistance element is able to be coupled by a first end region at a first coupling point on the power arm, and by a second end region at a second coupling point at a second articulated joint on the retaining element. The exercising device is able to be detachably arranged on a structure by means of an engaging connection, which is formed by a hook-shaped recess and a rod-shaped element and whereby the exercising device is lockable in an engaged position by means of a fixation.
System and methods for adjusting variable geometry, height, weight distribution dynamics in orthotic devices and equipment
An active suspension orthotic support system is disclosed. The suspension orthotic support system comprises at least one variable resistance beam extending from a heel section to a mid-arch section of the footwear, wherein rotation of the variable resistance beam from a first position to a second position causes a resistance provided by the variable resistance beam to vary between a minimum resistance to a maximum resistance.
FITNESS APPARATUS FOR TRAINING THE HUMAN BODY
A fitness apparatus for training the human body includes a support member having a fastening member arranged at a first end of the support member for fastening the support member to an overhead support structure, preferably to a ceiling of a room. The fitness apparatus includes a weight bar for receiving weights having a free end and a mounted portion and a bearing member receiving the mounted portion and connects the weight bar to a second end of the support member which is opposite the first end. The weight bar is movable in at least two planes including a plane which extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis y of the support member and a plane in which the longitudinal axis y of the support member extends. The support member has a length L.sub.H of at least 100 cm.
WEIGHT APPARATUS INCLUDING WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT ARRANGEMENT
A weight apparatus includes a handle, first and second anchorages mounted to first and second ends of the handle, respectively, the handle and the first and second anchorages having an axially extending opening, first and second rods axially movable inside the axially extending opening and adapted to be moved axially relative to the axially extending opening in opposite directions upon rotation of first and second pinion gears in the first and second anchorages, respectively, that engage with first and second racks on the first and second rods, respectively, and a lock having a locked condition in which rotation of the first and second pinion gears is prevented and an unlocked condition in which rotation of the first and second pinion gears is permitted.
LOADING DEVICE FOR AN EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine is provided with a loading device. The loading device includes a lever, a coupler, a cylinder unit and a driving unit. The lever includes two ends. The first end of the lever is connected to the exercise machine. The coupler is movable along the lever between the first and second ends. The cylinder unit includes an end connected to the exercise machine and another end connected to the coupler. The driving unit includes a threaded sleeve, a threaded rod and a motor. The threaded sleeve is connected to the coupler. The threaded rod is engaged with the threaded sleeve. The motor rotates the threaded rod relative to the threaded sleeve so that the threaded rod moves the coupler via the threaded sleeve.
