TRAINING APPARATUS FOR QUADRICEPS SETTING
Training apparatuses configured to receive, and conform to, the back of a user's knee and provide varying resistance and tactile feedback to a user performing quadriceps exercises and methods for using such apparatuses are disclosed herein. A preferred embodiment of the training apparatuses for quad sets comprises a solid, deformable, resilient body that includes a non-skid base and a top surface with a recess configured to receive the back of a user's knee. The body of this embodiment is preferably made of open-cell polyurethane foam with a uniform density ranging between 1 lb/ft.sup.3 and 8 lbs/ft.sup.3, and more preferably between 1.5 lbs/ft.sup.3 and 4.5 lbs/ft.sup.3. The embodiment provides gradually increasing resistance to compression, e.g. tactile feedback to the user's knee, when the user increasingly pushes his/her knee down against the embodiment, and thus allows dynamic quad setting and strengthening.
Stepper
A stepper includes a base, a linking rod, two pedals and two mechanisms. The linking rod is disposed on the base. Each of the adjusting mechanism includes a blocking member, an adjusting base and an eccentric member. The blocking member includes a first blocking surface. The adjusting base is disposed on the base. The eccentric member is rotatably disposed on the adjusting base and includes at least two second blocking surfaces. The two second blocking surfaces selectively resist the first blocking surface. When one of the pedals is lowered, one of the first blocking surfaces and one of the second blocking surfaces are inclined to link up one end of the linking rod, and the other end of the linking rod is concentrically rotated, and the other first blocking surface is resisted by the other second blocking surface, thereby rotating and raising the other pedal.
WEARABLE RESISTANCE DEVICE WITH POWER MONITORING
Disclosed is a technical training garment configured for use with modular, interchangeable biomechanics units and or resistance modules. The garment may provide resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion and or tracks a variety of biomechanical parameters such as stride length, stride rate, angular velocity and power expended by the wearer. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath or over conventional clothing or athletic uniform. The device may be worn as a supplemental training and or diagnostic tool during conventional training protocols, or as a biomechanics or biometric data capture device during competition.

TONING GARMENT WITH MODULAR RESISTANCE UNIT DOCKING PLATFORMS
Disclosed is a technical training garment configured for use with modular, interchangeable electronics and resistance modules. The garment provides resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion and tracks biomechanical parameters such as stride length, stride rate, angular velocity and incremental power expended by the wearer. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath or over conventional clothing. Alternatively, the device may be worn as a supplemental training tool during conventional training protocols.
PITCHING TRAINING AID
The present invention relates to a pitching training aid for shadow pitching training, the pitching training aid comprising: a receiving body which includes an inner receiving space and has openings at both sides thereof, and replicates a baseball in a state where a user encompasses and holds the receiving body with his/her hand or wears the receiving body on his/her fingers through the receiving space; a locking holder which is detachably inserted and fixed in the receiving space through the opening of the receiving body, and provides a locking region where locking through-holes are formed in the longitudinal direction, so as to allow at least one finger to be fitted and locked into the locking holder in the longitudinal direction, the locking holes extending in a curved shape having a predetermined curvature; and an elongated body which has a rod shape extending a predetermined length from one side of the receiving body, and provides load and vibration while being elastically deformed and restored by rotation of a user's arm.

Breath control device
A breath control device comprising t least one longitudinal tube with a wall with at least a resilient part, wherein the tube is embodied with a proximal open end and a closed distal end, and that the wall of the tube is provided with one or more at least in part active user-controlled closable openings or slits so that the fidgeting device also embodies a breath exercise device.
DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING COMPOUND MULTI-DIRECTIONAL RESISTANCE EXERCISES
A system for performing multi-directional resistance exercises including a handheld exercise device with a handle portion and a weighted portion connected to the handle portion, wherein the handheld exercise device is configured and dimensioned to create an exercise stimulus upon application of a first directional force generated by a muscle or group of muscles of a user, which first directional force is oriented substantially aligned with and opposed to the force of gravity exerted upon the weighted handheld exercise device; and at least one resistance device including a resistance element configured and dimensioned to compress upon application of a force exerted thereon, the at least one resistance device connected to the handheld exercise device to dispose the resistance element at an orientation such that a second directional force applied by a user to compress the resistance element against a surface.
