Silent performance system and under padding channels in a trampoline
Embodiments of the invention provide a series of tensioning straps that are applied to the trampoline frame under tension. The tensioning straps serve to stiffen the trampoline frame which improves performance. The tensioning straps may be improved via the application of various sideways straps as well. The tensioning straps and the sideways straps may reside in channels or loops on the trampoline edge pad in order to further secure the edge pad in place.
Multifunctional chair
A multifunctional chair is provided. The multifunctional chair includes a supporting body, a telescopic structure, a seat body, and a pedal assembly. The pedal assembly includes a fixing rod, a movable rod, an operation portion, and an elastic resistance member. The telescopic structure is connected to the supporting body and configured to be operated to telescopically move relative to the supporting body. One end of the fixing rod is fixed to the supporting body. The movable rod is movably connected to the fixing rod. The operation portion is arranged at an end of the movable rod away from the fixing rod. Two ends of the elastic resistance member are respectively connected to the supporting body and the fixing rod. A user can push against the operation portion to rotate the movable rod and the fixing rod toward the ground, and the elastic resistance member provides an elastic resistance.
ROWING EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A rowing exercise device comprises a support structure; a movable user support movably associated with the support structure for movement relative to the support structure; a movable foot support movably associated with the support structure for movement relative to the support structure; a handle; and a rowing assembly operatively associated with the handle and at least the movable foot support to cause at least the movable foot support to move relative to the support structure with movement of the handle so that both a user s body and one or both feet move relative to the support structure with movement of the handle.
Fitness Training Equipment and Method of Use
An exercise apparatus for targeting the hip muscles is disclosed. The apparatus consists of a plurality of supports, a footboard, and a belt wherein elastic bands may be attached to the belt and to the base supports to provide resistance. The apparatus is fully adjustable for targeting muscles of interest, and collapsible for ready transport. Adjustable handles are optionally provided to maintain user stability and thus maximize the effectiveness of the exercise. A method of using the exercise equipment is also provided.
Exercise machine with levitated platform
An improved exercise machine has a stationary longitudinal monorail structure that extends between front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and an exercise platform mounted on a levitated carriage that is reciprocally movable along the monorail between the stationary platforms. Magnetic elements arranged on various opposing surfaces of the carriage and monorail generate magnetic forces that levitate and stabilize the carriage as it moves relative to the monorail thus substantially eliminating contact friction. Springs selectively attachable to the movable platform provide a resistance force for exercising. Pseudo-levitation and eddy brake elements on the carriage and monorail structure further stabilize the carriage and platform.
Exercise Machine Monitoring and Instruction System
An exercise machine monitoring and instruction system for the movement of an element of an exercise machine by an exerciser and providing automated feedback to the exerciser to help improve the exercise in real-time. The exercise machine monitoring and instruction system generally includes an exercise machine having a movable element that moves between a first position and a second position in a reciprocating manner, a sensor that detects a real-time position of the movable element, a processor in communication with the sensor to receive the real-time position data from the sensor related to a position of the movable element and a feedback device in communication with the processor that provides real-time instructions to the exerciser on how to adjust their workout to achieve a desired result.
Adjustable Exercise Machine
An adjustable exercise machine for performing resistance exercises comprises a base and an upper frame including front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and a movable exercise platform that reciprocates between the stationary platforms. A plurality of biasing members is selectable by an exerciser via selector knobs to generate a bias force against the movable platform. A plurality of pivotable lift supports are connected between the base and the upper frame. Front and back actuators are connected between the base and the lift supports by lifting yokes to selectively raise and lower the front and back ends of the machine. The movable platform may be connected to move along the exercise machine by trolley wheel assemblies. A plurality of travel limit decelerators mounted on the rails engage and rapidly decelerates the movable platform as it reaches its limits of travel on the rails.
Exercise machine adjustable resistance system and method
An exercise machine adjustable resistance system and method for efficiently varying the workout resistance for an exercise machine. The exercise machine generally includes a carriage movably positioned with respect to the at least one rail, a plurality of springs selectively connectable to the carriage to provide a resistance level to the carriage, a plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices adapted to latch a corresponding one of the plurality of springs to the carriage when in the latch state and unlatch a corresponding one of the plurality of springs to the carriage when in the unlatch state and a control unit in communication with the plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices to selectively control the state of each of the plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices to be within the latch state or the unlatch state.
Dual balance adjustable spring tower apparatus and method of using same
The present invention pertains to a spring resistance exercise machine including an adjustable spring carriage and anchor housing and having cable and pulley linkage assemblies attached to a plurality of springs, or other resistance sources. Each cable and pulley linkage assembly, which is independent of the other(s), can be used unilaterally (by one arm or one leg at a time) or bilaterally (by both arms or both legs at a time) during exercise resistance training (that is, training in which both limbs of a pair are used to simultaneously pull a certain resistance).
SAFETY TRAMPOLINE
A safety trampoline, including a trampoline frame, trampoline supporting legs, a jumping mat, springs and an elastic protective sleeve, wherein the jumping mat is connected to the trampoline frame through the springs; a periphery of the jumping mat is connected to connecting rings; the elastic protective sleeve is ring-shaped; a plurality of net holes are formed at a first end of the elastic protective sleeve; the connecting rings pass through the plurality of net holes to clamp the elastic protective sleeve between the springs and the jumping mat; and a second end of the elastic protective sleeve is turned to a bottom of the trampoline frame and an edge thereof is tied to cover upper parts of the springs. Through an arrangement of the elastic protective sleeve, the elastic protective sleeve and the jumping mat, or the elastic protective sleeve, the jumping mat and a trampoline pad are integrally connected.
