A portable frame-mounted training apparatus for removable installation on a door frame or other structure having at least one horizontal trim, the apparatus having a mounting member having a front wall with a receiver for selective removable receipt of a grip member and further having a top wall extending rearwardly from the front wall, the top wall configured to engage the door frame first trim, and a capture member extending rearwardly from the mounting member and having an upper face configured to contact the door frame or other structure somewhat opposite of the first trim, whereby engagement of the top wall with the first trim serves as a pivot point for the apparatus to rotationally bring the upper face of the capture member into contact with the door frame or other structure and thereby secure the apparatus on the door frame or the like.

A bicycle workstation that is removably suspended in a doorway when in use includes several elongate members that collectively provide at least three contact surfaces, and an additional elongate member that, in the illustrative embodiment, couples to a clamp suitable for clamping to a part of a bicycle. The contact surfaces are arranged such that the weight of the bicycle forces them against a wall, door frame, and moulding on both sides of the doorway, thereby securely suspending the bicycle workstation, and the bicycle clamped to it.

A multi-functional doorway exercise device is an apparatus that safely and securely attaches to a door frame. The apparatus includes a stabilizing bar, a main pullup bar, a first support bar, a second support bar, a left bracket assembly, a right bracket assembly, a left handlebar, and a right handlebar. The stabilizing bar extends across the width of a door frame and locks into the door frame. The present disclosure describes a new kind of portable hangboard intended for finger strength exercises. It allows the user to adjust the angle of the hangboard and the depth of the finger slot to control the difficulty of the exercise. The main body of the hangboard hangs on a rope. The main body of the hangboard contains multiple slots that the rope can pass through to adjust the angle of the device. The finger slot contained in the main body has magnets at the deep end which allow one or more shims with built in magnets to be inserted to make the slot shallower. The hangboard offers greater portability and variety of exercises compared to other inventions of this class.

A pullup handle includes a U-shaped clamp configured to secure the pullup handle to a desired location. The U-shaped clamp includes an arm on a first side of the U-shaped clamp, a support on a second side of the U-shaped clamp opposite the arm, and a base between the arm and the support. The pullup handle also includes a handle attached on the base of the U-shaped clamp.
