The present invention is equipped with a support frame, a pair of footrests, and at least one suspension arm disposed between each footrest and support frame, each footrest is rotatably connected to at least one suspension arm, the connected X and Y pivot assemblies are disposed between suspension arms and support frame to allow footrests to swing back-and-forth, left-and-right. The present invention has simple structure and small volume, can realize effect of large-scale forward, backward, left and right movement of footrests through suspension arms, thus can effectively realize fitness effects.
Stepper
A stepper includes a base, a linking rod, two pedals and two adjusting mechanisms. The linking rod is disposed on the base and includes two ends that are concentrically rotated with each other. Each of the adjusting mechanism includes a blocking member and a blocking block. The blocking member includes a first blocking surface. The blocking block includes at least one second blocking surface resisting the first blocking surface of the blocking member. When one of the pedals is lowered along a gravity direction, one of the first blocking surfaces and one of the second blocking surfaces are inclined along the gravity direction to link up one end of the linking rod thereby concentrically rotating the other end of the linking rod, and the other first blocking surface is resisted by the other second blocking surface thereby swinging and raising the other pedal.
ELLIPTICAL STEPPER
An elliptical stepper includes a base, a damping device mounted on the base, two crank devices respectively laterally mounted to two opposite sides of the damping device. Each crank device has a stepping device mounted thereon and each stepping device has a roller set mounted to a bottom thereof, wherein the roller set is universally rolled relative to a corresponding one of the two stepping device. The base includes two opposite sides each having a guiding structure disposed thereon. Each guiding structure includes at least one rail having a front end outwardly extending relative to a center line of the base. Each roller set is moved along a corresponding one of the two guiding structures such that each stepping device provides a wiggling effect when moved along an elliptical route.
SKATING MACHINE
The technical field of physical fitness facilities relates to a skating machine includes a rack, supporting shafts, and a synchronizing assembly. The two supporting shafts are hinged to the rack side by side, pedals are hinged to top portions of the supporting shafts, and the pedals are eccentrically arranged relative to the supporting shafts; and the synchronizing assembly is arranged between the two supporting shafts and enables the two supporting shafts to act synchronously. The application is rational in overall structural design, and utilizes a coordination effect of a body and movement trajectories of legs during skating, an apparatus is designed accordingly, and location simulation is-formed between the two pedals through the synchronizing assembly. The application can also be provided with an electric driver to assist a human body with rehabilitation training, or can be provided with a resistance adjusting assembly to improve the fitness effect and intensity.
Overhang climb strength trainer
An overhead climb strength trainer apparatus comprises a frame bisected by at least one vertical frame portion, forming first and second climbing areas. First and second climbing panels are slideably mounted within the respective climbing areas and each include climbing holds and a panel hook. A line connects the first and second panel hooks, running through line guides and around a friction cylinder. The frame is configured for mounting at a predetermined angle of inversion for simulating an overhead climb as users manually raise and lower the first and second climbing panels in a reciprocating fashion within the first and second climbing areas respectively.
Training apparatus for improving control ability of lower limb
The training apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a support unit; a guide unit fixed on the support unit and including rails which extend in a front-rear direction; a sliding unit which is movable in the front-rear direction along the rails of the guide unit; a pillar-shaped rotation axis fixed on the support unit; a footrest unit which supports a user's foot; a lower support formed below the footrest unit; and a connection rotating unit formed below the footrest unit and connected to the rotation axis of the support unit through insertion to allow the footrest unit to rotate around the rotation axis. A plurality of springs installed inward from two sidewalls of the sliding unit is configured to come into contact with the lower support of the footrest unit and apply pressure from two sides when the footrest unit rotates.
