Golf clubhead apparatus for swing training and methods for device alignment to improve ball striking consistency
A training device can easily be affixed or mounted to the hitting face of a golf club. The training device may provide auditory, tactile, and directional feedback for the user during practice so that he/she may learn how to strike the ball consistently on the sweet spot. A training device may include several raised surfaces of varying shapes rising from the base surrounding an aperture centered over the sweet spot of the golf club and larger than the surface area contacted by the ball. Use of the training device may reduce the user's variance from the “sweet spot” due to a strike not only along the longitudinal axis but also along the vertical axis. The user avoids impingement with the raised surfaces of the training device by striking the ball within a pre-set tolerance as well as within the boundaries of the aperture.
Rigid Golf Ball Tee
A golf tee system comprising an insertion tool a thin-walled, hollow, thin-walled golf tee for holding a golf ball at a given height. When the structural insertion tool is non-fixedly inserted into the thinned walled tee to become a rigid golf tee system and resist collapsing and allowing insertion of the hollow golf tee into the ground surface.
Once the golf tee system is inserted into the ground surface to a desired depth, the structural insertion tool is removed from the hollow golf tee, creating a hollow tee device can be used as a golf ball tee which shatterable, thereby creating a more stable trajectory and increased distance. In addition, the hollow tee is more environmentally friendly than other tees.
SPORTS PROTECTION DEVICE
The present invention provides a sports protection device (e.g. a shin pad) for protecting a portion of a wearer's body (e.g. their shin). The sports protection device comprises a lining layer for facing the wearer's body (shin) and an opposing composite layer superimposed on said lining layer. The composite layer comprises wood particles within a thermoplastic polymer matrix. The lining and composite layers are shaped to substantially match the contour of the portion of the wearer's body (shin). A moldable blank for forming a sports protection device is also provided.
BioPeg TetherTee
This invention relates to the golf industry, it is comprised of 2 tees connected with a line that tethers the 2 tees together which minimizes the possibility of loss. The invention is used for teeing up, or elevating the golf ball from the ground when the rules allow so. The invention is designed to eliminate waste, save time, increase safety, and soften the environmental impact of traditional golf ball tee manufacture.
BIODEGRADABLE RACQUET STRING
Biodegradable strings, for example, for use in racquet sports, fishing line, and trimming line, are described. The biodegradable string includes a petroleum based material and a biodegradable additive blended with the petroleum based material. The petroleum based material may be nylon, polyester, or polyurethane, and the biodegradable additive may be less than 5% of the racquet string by weight. The biodegradable string may include one or more filaments containing the biodegradable additive. The biodegradable string may be of a round, hexagonal, heptagonal, or octagonal shape, and may be capable of withstanding high tension.
LEGLESS CHAIR TYPE SEESAW EXERCISE DEVICE
A seesaw exercise device includes a rigid frame that has a pair of left and right side walls; and a seesaw base that is interposed between the two side walls facing each other, wherein a central portion of a horizontal base plate of the seesaw base is pivotally supported to the two side walls of the frame by a round shaft having a diameter larger than a thickness of the base plate itself, and when the base plate is pushed down by a user, the base plate performs a seesaw motion slowly in a front-rear direction while drawing an arc along a circumferential surface of the round shaft.
Jaw range of motion device
Embodiments of the innovation relate to a jaw range of motion device that includes a conical base having a first end and a second end and a helical ridge carried by the conical base and disposed between the first end and the second end. The helical ridge and the conical base define a channel between adjacent helical ridge portions. The jaw range of motion device also includes a handle disposed at the second end of the conical base. When a user inserts the jaw range of motion device between his teeth, the user can apply a self-directed manual force to the device by generating a twisting motion on the handle to provide an incremental jaw range of motion.
Automated projectile launcher device for launching biodegradable projectiles
The automated projectile launching device is a pitching machine that can launch biodegradable balls. The device is intended to provide a portable batter-training implement, that is capable of giving the user the change in velocity, angle of pitch and change in range, that comes naturally because of the variations in dimensions of bio-degradable balls. The use of bio-degradable balls further prevents the need to collect the balls after practice as they break on forced contact into smaller pieces and dissolve when wet with water, making it environment friendly. Furthermore, the compact, lightweight, and portable pitching machine includes multiple placement and incline options. Additionally, the device includes multiple components that are flexible, for the smooth handling of the bio-degradable balls. Thus, the automated projectile launching device is a unique training aid for all hitters, that can provide various pitch locations and angle variations effortlessly, and thus effective training.

Exercise mat
An exercise mat comprising a base layer, a top layer formed of an absorbent material for absorbing sweat, and a barrier layer bonded between the top and base layers for preventing sweat from seeping from the top layer into the base layer in use. Preferably, the barrier layer is formed of a breathable material.
