Training aid and alert
A golf training device and method indicates the proper position and/or motion of the golfer's trail wrist during the club downswing. The device may detect that desired DWLA is attained and provide real-time alerts of same. The device may provide positive feedback in the form of an auditory, tactile, visual and/or other signal.
Article for improved grip and protection in athletics
Sleeves for improving performance and control are disclosed. The sleeves are constructed for use on the fingers, wherein each sleeve is constructed in some embodiments with grip zones that match areas of the finger to ensure improved grip while maintaining flexibility, compression, protection, and material durability. Each grip zone is positioned to ensure that fingers are able to naturally bend without impeding grip performance. A spine on a rear of the sleeve ensures material durability, limits over extension, and provides padding and protection.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING PHYSICAL ROUTINE
A system and a method for recommending a physical routine to a person. The system includes a physical sensor, a biochemical sensor and a processing arrangement. The processing arrangement is configured to measure, via the physical sensor, a first intensity and a corresponding first training impulse of a first physical routine, and a second intensity and a corresponding second training impulse of a second physical routine; determine, via the biochemical sensor, a first level of a biochemical marker associated with completion of the first physical routine and a second level of a biochemical marker associated with completion of the second physical routine; calculate a corresponding first response value and a second response value; compare the calculated first response value and the calculated second response value, and recommend one of the first physical routine and the second physical routine for the person based on the comparison.
Rehabilitation Action Guidance Assistive Device
The present invention provides a rehabilitation action guidance assistive device comprising a display device, a sensing device and a rehabilitation evaluation system. The display device displays an image for a user to watch and imitate. The sensing device comprises a sensing element, a storage element, a processing element, a data transmission element and a power supply element. The sensing element is used for sensing action state values of the rehabilitation carrier or the user; the storage element is used for storing the action state values; the processing element is used for performing a signal calculation; the data transmission element transmits the action state values to the rehabilitation evaluation system through a wireless communication method; and the power supply element provides an electric power with an operational function of the sensing device. The rehabilitation evaluation system indicates the difference in ratio between the user's action state values and reference action state values.
Wireless electronic table game scoreboard
A method of operating an electronic basketball scoreboard apparatus is disclosed. The method includes receiving a game parameter; operating a basketball game based upon the received game parameter; receiving a first indication of a ball passing through a first basketball hoop; receiving a second indication of a ball passing through a second basketball hoop; determining a first score of the basketball game based on the first indication from the first score sensor; determining a second score of the basketball game based on the second indication from the second score sensor; recording video of the basketball game; transmitting the recorded video; and transmitting the first score and the second score.
TRAINING DEVICE AND UTILIZING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a training device and a utilizing method thereof. The training device includes a main assembly and a first attachment assembly. The main assembly includes a housing and a driving component. The driving component is disposed in the housing. The first attachment assembly includes a first rod and a first attachment component. An end of the first rod is connected to the driving component. The driving component drives the first rod to rotate. The first attachment component is disposed on the first rod and attaches to a user.
TRAINING DEVICE FOR EXERCISE AND SPORTS
According to one example, a training device includes a first set of time of flight sensors (ToF) positioned to face in a first direction, a plurality of addressable red, green, blue light emitting diodes (RGB LEDs) positioned to face in the first direction, and a second set of ToF sensors positioned to face in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. The training device includes and/or is in communication with one or more processors that can determine a training program for a user that includes visual signals that represent a plurality of actions for performance by the user. Also, for each of the plurality of actions, the training device can cause a first set of the plurality of addressable RGB LEDs to provide a visual indication of the corresponding action for performance by the user, and detect whether the user performed the corresponding action.
Hinged arm muscle exercise device
In one example, a muscle exercise device includes a first arm, a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm, and the second arm and first arm configured to cooperatively define a recess. The muscle exercise device also includes a resistance element configured to reside in the recess and be compressed between the first arm and the second arm, and a wireless transmitter disposed in either the first arm or the second arm, wherein the wireless transmitter is responsive to communications from an app residing on a user device.
Automatic Detection and Quantification of Swimming
A wearable device for tracking swim activities of a user is provided. The wearable device may include one or more sensors configured to generate sensor data, and based on the sensor data, the wearable device may determine swim metrics such as swim stroke count, swim stroke type, swim lap count, and swim speed. The determined swim metrics may be filtered based on one or more swim periods during which the user is likely to have been swimming. The wearable device may determine such swim periods based on the sensor data and/or the determined swim metrics.
METHOD FOR MEASURING EFFECTIVENESS OF PERIODIC MOTION
A solution for estimating effectiveness of periodic motion during a physical exercise. such as a running exercise, is disclosed. According to an aspect, a computer-implemented method for estimating the effectiveness of the periodic motion includes: measuring, by using at least one motion sensor, periodic motion of a user, and thus acquiring motion measurement data during a time interval of a physical exercise; transforming the motion measurement data into frequency-domain samples; extracting, amongst the frequency-domain samples by using peak detection, a first subset of frequency-domain samples representing periodic motion; computing a metric indicating a ratio between energy on the first subset of frequency domain samples and energy on other frequency domain samples; and mapping the computed ratio to an effectiveness parameter by using a determined mapping rule and outputting the effectiveness parameter via an interface.
