A freestanding structural display apparatus for sport goalpost includes a freestanding media structure, a main computing device, and a sporting game-scoring structure. The freestanding media structure includes a frame, a control room, a hospitality suite, a plurality of display panels, a lower display ring, and a plurality of output panels. The frame is fully enclosed by the plurality of display panel and the plurality of output panels. The lower display ring is laterally connected around the frame at the ground level. The control room and hospitality suite are internally connected to the frame as the main computing device is positioned within the control room. The sporting game-scoring structure is connected to the frame and positioned atop a top panel of the plurality of display panels. The lower display ring, the plurality of output panels, and the game-scoring structure are electrically connected to the main computing device thus allowing multiple game-plays.

A system and method for providing active golf ball location tracking according to the present invention is a hand-held device having a memory having instructions stored thereon, a display device, and a processor configured to execute the instructions on the memory to cause the hand-held device to establish a connection with a first golf ball among the plurality of golf balls, load a data buffer containing a unique ID into the first golf ball, periodically determine a current position of the first golf ball until the current position begins to change, receive cellular network tower signals associate with the first golf ball, periodically triangulate a moving position of the first golf ball using the cellular network tower signals, when the moving position of the first golf ball stops changing, determine a range and direction of the first golf ball from the hand-held device; and display the range and direction of the first golf ball on the display device.

The user interface presents a visual representation of a portion of a basketball court that is free of indicia representing predetermined ball delivery locations on the basketball court. Each sensor is configured to detect a passage of an object, such as a hockey puck, between adjacent posts and provide information for the passage to a controller communicatively attached to the array of sensors. A self-powered vibration mechanism is provided that can be mounted on an existing pedal shaft yet operates independent from the existing pedal. Mechanical isolation or mechanical decoupling permits transferring the vibrating energy to the foot rather than to the pedal shaft and the bicycle. In another embodiment, a full removable pedal with self-powered vibration mechanism can replace an existing pedal.

A 3-Dimensional golf game having a horizontal surface, a vertical surface, and a curvilinear surface that interconnects the horizontal and vertical surfaces, wherein at least the vertical surface includes one or more ball-receiving cups. The game of skill is played by one or more players putting or striking a golf ball along the horizontal surface with sufficient force to travel through the curvilinear surface and up the vertical surface. The force of gravity then causes the ball to return back down the vertical surface and—if appropriately aimed and struck—the ball travels downwardly into the opening of the least one ball receiving cup. Players are awarded points for successfully landing the ball into the ball receiving cup and the game may include differently sized and/or positioned cups having different point values.
