STATIONARY EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR PHYSICAL TRAINING, MORE PARTICULAR AN EXERCISE BIKE
Stationary exercise equipment for physical training, more particularly an exercise bike, comprising a frame with a movement unit which either is to be moved by the exerciser or is itself driven and interacts with the exerciser, one or more sensors, assigned to the movement unit and/or the exerciser, for capturing measured values, and a computer apparatus for establishing one or more items of measurement-value-related information, which are output on a frame-side display apparatus, letterized in that provision is made for a first display apparatus, which is directed at the exerciser for displaying one or more items of information, and in that provision is made for a second display apparatus, which is directed at the opposite side for outputting at least one item of information.
ENHANCING MONITORING OF SWIMMING
A device for measuring physical activity of a user during swimming is provided, which includes the following: a sensor unit adapted and dimensioned to be coupled with swimming goggles, wherein the sensor unit includes a motion circuitry configured to measure physical motion of the user; an optical cardiac activity circuitry configured to be placed at least partially against a body tissue of the user and to measure cardiac activity of the user; and a wireless communication circuitry configured to transfer data between the device and at least one external device, wherein the wireless communication circuitry is configured to transfer physical activity data of the user to the at least one external device, and the physical activity data includes at least one of motion data obtained using the motion circuitry, cardiac activity data obtained using the cardiac activity circuitry.
Systems and Methods for Predicting and Optimizing Performance
Systems and methods for predicting/optimizing physical performance for a future event including selecting performance parameters indicative of performance for the future event, collecting data for the performance parameters and training parameters for past events, comparing the collected data for determining which training parameters are statistically significant to the performance parameters, and providing a training program for manipulating the training parameters to optimize performance for the future event.
Physical rehabilitation method and related products
A method for assisting a patient in physical rehabilitation, the method being executed by a controller, and the controller being configurable with at least one physical rehabilitation strategy and being communicatively connected with a respiratory device and an exercise device. The method includes controlling at least one of a device setting of the respiratory device and a device setting of the exercise device, based on a target physical rehabilitation strategy among the at least one physical rehabilitation strategy.
METHOD OF ENCOURAGING EXERCISE AND EXERCISE MACHINE APPLYING METHOD
A method of encouraging exercise collects motion data of a user of a type of exercise machine. It is determined whether the user is in a good state according to the motion data. If the user is deemed in a good state, the motion data are sent to a cloud server. Ranking information of multiple users on same type of exercise machine are received from the cloud server. The ranking information is displayed on a touch screen of the exercise machine. The method realizes interaction of the user on a virtual reality basis, and improves exercise motivation of the user.
Fitness training system and method
A fitness-training device; the fitness-training device is embedded within a graspable handle of an exercise apparatus and may include a heart rate detector, a repetitive motion counter, and indicators to indicate the heart rate, and repetitive motion count during an exercise activity. The fitness-training device may be incorporated in a wide range of sports and exercise equipment. A version of the fitness-training device arranged as a jump rope is disclosed herein.

WORKOUT INTENSITY METRICS FOR USERS OF A CONNECTED FITNESS PLATFORM
Systems and methods that determine a strive score, effort score, and/or other metrics that represent intensity levels or effort levels for the user as they perform different workouts or exercise activities are described. For example, the user can perform various activities via exercise machines (e.g., treadmills and/or exercise bicycles) or without machines (e.g., Pilates, running, lifting weights), and the systems and methods can monitor the user's heart rate to determine both specific and overall intensities or efforts expended by the user when performing the activities. The systems and methods can utilize the scoring metrics to present visual graphics or indicia that inform a user of their current effort within an exercise class or activity, their cumulative effort within the class or activity, their comparative effort within the class or activity, and/or other information.
