A stationary bicycle having a ballet barre coupled thereto is disclosed herein. While the stationary bicycle can have any suitable feature, in some cases, it includes a seat assembly having a seat post that is configured to be selectively raised and lowered with respect to a pedal axis of the stationary bicycle, a seat slide that is coupled to the seat post so as to selectively slide forward and backward with respect to the seat post, and a bicycle seat that is coupled to the seat slide. In some cases, the ballet barre is coupled, in a horizontal orientation, to at least one of: the seat post, the seat slide, and the bicycle seat such that the ballet barre is configured to be selectively raised and lowered with respect to the pedal axis of the stationary bicycle. A virtual training system and method are disclose. The system includes two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) image sensors, a biometric data sensor, a processor, and an output device. The 2D image sensor senses a 2D image of a user, and the 3D image sensor senses a 3D image of the user including a movement of the user. The biometric data sensor senses at least one biometric characteristic of the user. The processor generates feedback information in real time during a session relating to movement of the user compared to a standard form movement, which may be an exercise movement, a dance movement, a martial arts movement, or a physical therapy movement. Feedback is provided by the output device as an image of the user captured by at least one of the 2D image sensor and the 3D image sensor overlayed on an instructor avatar, which illustrates the standard form movement.

A twirl training device that is a mold that has a top and a bottom side. The top side receives the foot of a user. A front part of the top side of the mold receive the ball of the foot of the user. A middle part of the top side of the mold defines an instep that rises at an angle from about thirty degree to about 45 degree from the front part of the top side of the mold. The rear part of the top side is a heel portion. The bottom side of the mold has a front portion, a middle portion and a rear portion, the front and middle portion of the bottom side slope upward from the rear portion of the bottom side. A system for an exercise screen dance studio includes an image storage unit, an audio unit, a controller, a large mirror, a projector, a screen image unit, and a left-right image reversal unit for reversing left-right sides of an image. In addition, a screen image unit is provided either behind a trainee dancer with a large mirror being provided in front of the trainee or the screen image unit can be integrated with the large mirror. The method includes receiving, by the electronic device, motion data of each segment in a multi-segment body part of a first user. Further, the method includes determining, by the electronic device, a posture information of each of the segment in the multi-segment body part based on the motion data of each of the segment in the multi-segment body part of the first user. Further, the method includes determining, by the electronic device, a degree of similarity between the posture information of each of the segment in the multi-segment body part of the first user and a posture information of each segment in a multi-segment body part of a second user. Further, the method includes providing, by the electronic device, a virtual feedback to the first user based on the degree of similarity.

Dance training footwear and related methods of use for dance training are disclosed herein. According to an aspect, dance training footwear includes a sole and an upper footwear portion attached to the sole. The dance training footwear also includes an instructional object that is attachable to the upper footwear portion.
