Plank Support Exercise Apparatus and Related Methods
A plank support exercise apparatus and related methods is provided. The plank support exercise apparatus has an arm support pad and a hand grip for facilitating a user's achievement of a plank exercise. The apparatus includes an ground-interface surface.
Glute bridge exercise apparatus
A glute bridge exercise apparatus enables a user to variously exercise glute muscle groups, and includes a first and second platform assemblies. The first platform assembly includes a first platform portion, a first peripheral frame, and a pair of first extension legs. The pair of first extension legs are telescopically receivable in and extensible from laterally opposed frame portions of the first peripheral frame. The second platform assembly includes a second platform portion, a second peripheral frame, and a platform support portion. A proximal frame end is pivotally attached to the first platform assembly adjacent the pair of first extension legs. The platform support portion is pivotally attached to a distal frame end and enables a user to adjust an angle of inclination of the second platform portion relative to the first platform portion for positioning the user between the first and second platform portions for variously exercising muscle groups.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY
An improved apparatus for physiotherapy includes a lever arm. A biasing device pivotally biases the lever arm about a pivot axis. There is a support configured for supporting the lever arm above an exercise equipment. A harness is configurable on a torso of a user to couple the user to the lever arm. The pivot axis corresponds to an anatomical longitudinal axis of the user and the torso of the user is biased by the lever arm about the anatomical longitudinal axis.
Sit up push up device
An exercise device that is specifically configured for use by persons having diabetic neuropathy or other foot pain issues is described. The exercise device comprises footrests for the left and right feet of the user that elevate the feet and support them in the ankle region to assist in the performance of exercises that may otherwise be too painful for the user to perform.
Exercise system and method
An exercise system includes a frame, an upper body carriage, a lower body carriage, a positioning carriage, a resistance assembly attached to the frame, and a connecting mechanism. The frame includes a right guide rail, a left guide rail, and a central guide rail disposed between the right guide rail and the left guide rail. The upper body carriage includes an upper right and an upper left carriage slidingly attached to the right and left guide rail, respectively. The lower body carriage includes a lower right and lower left carriage slidingly attached to the right and left guide rail, respectively. The connecting mechanism mechanically couples one of the upper body carriage, the lower body carriage, or the positioning carriage to the resistance assembly such that the resistance assembly applies a predetermined level of resistive force to the upper body carriage, the lower body carriage, and/or the positioning carriage.
Exercise Device
An exercise machine is provided which is configured to place a user in an exercise position, wherein movement during exercise against a load will target the gluteus maximus muscles. The exercise machine positions the body of a user in a lowered or exercise position which supports the user while raising their body to an elevated position, in a manner to stabilize the user and direct movement of the user along the sagittal plane during use, while concurrently isolating the gluteus maximus muscles as the muscles overcoming the load.
Fitness Training Equipment and Method of Use
An exercise apparatus for targeting the hip muscles is disclosed. The apparatus consists of a plurality of supports, a footboard, and a belt wherein elastic bands may be attached to the belt and to the base supports to provide resistance. The apparatus is fully adjustable for targeting muscles of interest, and collapsible for ready transport. Adjustable handles are optionally provided to maintain user stability and thus maximize the effectiveness of the exercise. A method of using the exercise equipment is also provided.
Exercise device and methods
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
Exercise device
An exercise device is described which includes a platform having a first end and a second end opposite the first end; first and second wheels, wherein the first wheel is positioned proximate the first end and the second wheel is positioned proximate the second end and the first and second wheels are configured to roll across a surface as the exercise device is displaced along the surface; a first motor configured to apply a first torque to the first wheel where the magnitude of the first torque is related to the distance of the exercise device from a zero position and the direction of the first torque urges movement of the exercise device toward the zero position. Versions are also described with more wheels and more motors.
