Smarter user handles for exercise machine
In response to physical connection of an exercise accessory with a portion of an exercise machine, an identifier of the portion of the exercise machine is received. A signal including the identifier of the portion of the exercise machine is transmitted.
BILATERAL LIMB COORDINATION TRAINING SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
Provided are a bilateral limb coordination training system and a bilateral limb coordination training control method. The bilateral limb coordination training control method includes: detecting, by a force sensor, force information of a three degree-of-freedom bilateral motion mechanism and sending the force information to a main controller; determining, by the main controller, target motion information of the three degree-of-freedom bilateral motion mechanism of a robot according to the force information; and controlling, by the main controller, the three degree-of-freedom bilateral motion mechanism to perform a corresponding motion based on the target motion information and sending training data and running status information generated during training to an upper computer; where a training instruction includes a bilateral non-association motion training instruction, a bilateral flexible-association motion training instruction or a bilateral rigid-association motion training instruction.
Walking assist device
A walking assist device includes: a pair of right and left handles that are movable back and forth with respect to a frame in accordance with arm swing performed during walk of a user; rails on which the handles are provided and which limit movement of the handles in a movable range in accordance with arm swing performed during the walk of the user; a handle information acquisition unit that acquires information related to movement of the handles; and a control unit that controls a drive unit in accordance with the information from the handle information acquisition unit.
Exercise machine connector
An exercise machine component comprises a cable connection base adapted to attach to an end of a cable, a chamber adapted to receive a key through an opening of the chamber, a biasing mechanism within the chamber, and a receiving groove within the chamber wherein the biasing mechanism biases the key against the receiving groove so that the key is securely fixed within the chamber.
Portable frame-mounted training apparatus and method of use
A portable frame-mounted training apparatus for removable installation on a door frame or other structure having at least one horizontal trim, the apparatus having a mounting member having a front wall with a receiver for selective removable receipt of a grip member and further having a top wall extending rearwardly from the front wall, the top wall configured to engage the door frame first trim, and a capture member extending rearwardly from the mounting member and having an upper face configured to contact the door frame or other structure somewhat opposite of the first trim, whereby engagement of the top wall with the first trim serves as a pivot point for the apparatus to rotationally bring the upper face of the capture member into contact with the door frame or other structure and thereby secure the apparatus on the door frame or the like.
Rotator cuff exercise device
The rotator cuff exercise device includes a ring unit, a mounting board, and a pair of mounting tracks. The rotator cuff exercise device may be adapted to exercise joints and muscles or may prevent the loss of flexibility in an elbow or a shoulder blade. The rotator cuff exercise device may be particularly suited for therapy after an injury involving a rotator cuff. A handle may detachably couple to an individual rotatable ring selected from one or more rotatable rings of the ring unit and may be adapted to be grasped by a hand of the user. The handle may be operable to move the individual rotatable ring in a circular motion. The circular motion of the handle may exercise the joints and muscles of the user.
Multi-function foldable exercise equipment
An exercising equipment having base formed of a U-shape pipe; first and second arms, each rotatably connected to the base and having a securing knob engageable to affix the arm at an acute angle to the base; first paddle rotatably connected at a first connecting point to the first arm; second paddle rotatably connected at a second connecting point to the second arm; foldable connecting bar assembly connected at one end to the first paddle and at the second end to the second paddle, to thereby form an S-shape together with the first and second paddles when assuming an extended position and form a W-shape together with the first and second paddles when assuming a folded position; and, at least one variable friction pivot assembly attached at the first or second connecting points thereby applying variable friction to rotation of at least one of the first or second paddles.
Data-collecting exercise device
An exercise device comprises a rigid rod having a first and second ends, a plurality of light sources arranged in a row along at least a portion of an axis extending between the first and second ends of the rigid rod, at least one load sensor for detecting an applied longitudinal force, and a processor coupled to the at least one load sensor and to the plurality of light sources. The processor is configured to execute machine-executable instructions that cause the processor to obtain a signal indicating a magnitude of the applied longitudinal force, and cause a subset of the plurality of light sources to emit light. A ratio of a number of light sources in the subset to a total number of the plurality of light sources represents the magnitude of the applied longitudinal force relative to a reference longitudinal force.
Exercise machine and method of use
An exercise machine system that allows for completion of a plurality of exercises on one machine is disclosed. The exercise machine system includes a frame having a front bar and a base with a first cross bar extending therebetween; a weight attachment bar pivotally attached to the first cross bar via a pivot joint secured to the first cross bar, the weight attachment bar extending to a weight end; a triangular frame extending from the front bar; a second cross bar extending from the base and coupled to the triangular frame; a body support positioned above the triangular frame, the body support having one or more pads to allow for supporting a person thereon, the body support having one or more bars configured to removably couple to the body support; a leg support secured directly to the body support, the leg support having one or more pads; a cable having a first end and an opposing end; a first pulley secured directly to the leg support via first anchor; and a second pulley secured directly to the weight attachment bar via a second anchor.
Modular exercise system
The present invention is a modular exercise system made up of two handles, a segmented track, and two or more sliding carriages. The invention allows a user to safely and incrementally practice front and side split exercises by providing specific and adjustable stability and support. The invention can be extended to accommodate taller users and can also be fully disassembled and packed into a compact travelling configuration.
