BOWLING BALL FINGER GRIP
An improved bowling ball finger grip or insert for a finger in a bowling ball comprising a tubular body adapted to be inserted into the finger hole of the bowling ball. The tubular body has an upper portion and a lower portion, with a bore having a uniform cross section formed through the tubular body that defines at least one finger opening that is located at the upper portion of the finger grip. The lower portion defines a lower wall that is thicker than an upper wall that is defined by the upper portion of the finger grip. The dimensions of the lower portion and lower wall define a base of the finger grip that fits tightly within the finger hole of the bowling ball while giving the upper portion of the finger grip or finger expansion area extra room to expand as the finger of a user swells during play.
Interchangeable bowling apparatus
An interchangeable finger insert system for a bowling ball is provided. An inner sleeve has a cylindrical opening defined at a top end. A base encloses a bottom end of the inner sleeve. A fastener-head feature is defined in the base and accessible through the cylindrical opening. An engagement feature is formed along an exterior surface and configured to allow the inner sleeve to be rotationally inserted into an internal bore. A fastening tool with an elongated shaft and a locking feature defined at a distal end of the shaft is provided. The locking feature shaped to engage the fastener-head feature defined on the inner sleeve. The locking feature of the fastening tool engages the fastener-head feature on the inner sleeve, and rotation of the fastening tool is configured to rotate the inner sleeve into the internal bore thereby locking the inner sleeve in the bowling ball.
INTERCHANGEABLE BOWLING APPARATUS

CORE OF BOWLING BALL
A core of bowling ball includes a rotating disk, a center bearing, a finger hole bar and a plurality of joint pole. The center bearing is disposed on the center of the rotating disk. The finger hole bar is linked to the center bearing. The joint poles are passed through the center bearing and disposed horizontally with the finger hole bar.

Bowling ball insert
A bowling ball insert has an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve (or solid), with the outer sleeve having a pair of vertical channels that are open at the top, and a pair of horizontal channels extending perpendicularly from the vertical channels, with the two vertical channels having different widths. The inner sleeve (or solid) includes tabs that are sized to fit in the outer sleeve channels, with at least one of the tabs being sized to fit in one vertical channel but not in the other vertical channel. The outer and inner sleeves additionally include a floor that is open at the center to allow access to the ball through the insert. The inner sleeve has an upper lip to provide a controlled insert depth in the ball. The horizontal channels may include a detent to lock the inner sleeve in place after it has been inserted into and rotated within the outer sleeve.
Bowling ball finger grip

The lower portion defines a lower wall that is thicker than an upper wall that is defined by the upper portion of the finger grip. The dimensions of the lower portion and lower wall define a base of the finger grip that fits tightly within the finger hole of the bowling ball while giving the upper portion of the finger grip or finger expansion area extra room to expand as the finger of a user swells during play.
