Tennis Trainer Apparatus
A tennis trainer apparatus has a base, a center tube, and an upper structure. The base of the tennis trainer apparatus has a plurality of evenly distributed legs which may have wheels attached for ease of positioning the apparatus in various positions on a tennis court. The center tube is easily adjustable by placing a pin in holes at varying heights. The upper structure has a left arm and a right arm, and each arm has a holding rod attached. A ball with a ball loop is removably attached to the holding rods so that when the ball is struck it can easily travel like a regular tennis ball. The ball loop is attached to the ball through use of a small rod which is inserted into the tennis ball. Ball extenders with at least one and preferably two holding rods attached are used to raise and lower the height of the ball and ball loop, to create any shot in tennis, including a serve. A tennis trainer apparatus can be easily adapted to additional sports.
EXERCISE BALL WITH INTERNAL WEIGHTS
An exercise ball with internal weight with two shell portions, at least one internal plate weight, and at least one strap with engaged with the plate. The shell portions have at least one internal plate relief, and at least one external relief formed on an outer surface of the shell to allow access to an inside of the shells. The plate has at least one alignment aperture for retaining the plate in the internal plate relief of the shell portions, and at least one connection area comprising a slot on the plate to allow the attachment to slide therethrough to retain the plate in the relief of the shell portions. The strap extends outside of the shells through the at least one external relief when the two shells are connected together around the plate.
Pickleball Training System
A pickleball training system having a paddle, ball, and elastic cord. The paddle has a planar head hitting service and a handle extending from the head. The ball is a hollow sphere having a plurality of perforations in a surface of the sphere. The cord is an elastic member with a dowel connected to a first end of the cord. The dowel and first end of the cord are connected to the ball and a second end of the cord is connected to the paddle. The dowel and first end of the cord are connected to the ball by passing the dowel and first end of the cord through one of the perforations of the ball. The second end of the cord is connected to the paddle by passing the cord first through the through bore of the paddle head and then through the through bore in the handle.
Baseball/softball hitting training device
The baseball/softball hitting training device includes a base, a frame body, and a ball suspension system. The ball suspension system is supported by the frame body. The frame body includes a vertical stem portion and an offset portion. An upwardly-projecting arm of the vertical stem and a downwardly-projecting arm of the offset portion define a vertical axis between them. The ball suspension system is supported between the upwardly-projecting arm and downwardly-projecting arm, with the ball held vertically intermedially via a tether in alignment with the vertical axis and positioned to allow the player to practice hitting. In some aspects, a height-adjustment mechanism and/or additional coupling assemblies are also disclosed. The tethered-ball training device can optionally be converted to a tee-ball training device.
Golf training device with sling implement
A device including a golf ball that is configured to be operable for golf hitting practice. A cable assembly retains the golf ball during the golf hitting practice. A golf ball attachment eye segment engages the golf ball. A first compression sleeve is configured to join a portion of said cable assembly that is forming the golf ball attachment eye engaged with the golf ball. A cable eye segment is configured to be operable for engaging a stationary object. And a second compression sleeve is configured to join a portion of said cable assembly that is forming said cable eye.
MULTI-MODAL PORTABLE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
The multi-modal portable exercise equipment of the present invention includes matable first and second generally hemispheric exercise half bodies that in mated condition provide a generally spherical exercise ball that in one exercise modality of the multi-modal portable exercise equipment of the present invention is attached to external exercise equipment such as the cable of an exercise machine or resistance band and can be used by a subject for strength and other allied training exercises and that in another exercise modality thereof the first and second generally hemispheric exercise half bodies in unmated condition each provide a freestanding generally hemispheric exercise half body and can be used by a subject for balance and other allied training exercises. The first and second generally hemispheric exercise half bodies in unmated condition are each constituted of a plurality of spherical caps in nested relation that may be unpacked and used by a subject for balance and other allied training exercises of low, medium and high use difficulty.
STRUCTURE FOR TENNIS PRACTICE FRAME
Disclosure of the present invention relates to an inverse “L” shaped tennis practice stand or device, which is installed on ground and is considerably higher than a person's height or to a wall-mountable tennis practice device, which is installed via bracket installed at a certain point at a house or building structure. In the tennis practice device according to the present invention, when a trainee hits the ball with a racket (racquet), the ball flies along a circumferential orbit/trajectory with weight or stopper, which is at an end of a horizontal pole, as the center point—that is the ball flies in the skyward direction in front (forward region) of the trainee and then returns to the same circumferential orbit/curve due to gravity, and the trainee practices tennis by repeatedly hitting the ball that falls in front of the trainee.
Multifunctional leg strengthening device
This present invention relates to a multifunctional leg strengthening device for users to strengthen the lower extremities. The multifunctional leg strengthening device includes a resistance band that is removably attached to an exercise ball, such that the resistance band can be easily held by the user's hand while holding the exercise ball between the calves or thighs for performing leg strengthening exercises. The innovative multifunctional leg strengthening device may comprise a rigid or flexible resistance band. Also, the band may feature a pocket to accommodate the rigid stick or rod inside the pocket. The rigid stick design helps accommodate those with decreased lower body strength, thereby ensuring the muscles can be strengthened and rehabilitated.
A GAME APPARATUS
This disclosure relates to a game apparatus including a housing, a motion measurement arrangement and a flexible tether. The motion measurement arrangement is at least partially located within the housing and includes a multi-axis pivot member movable relative to the housing in at least two axes. The motion measurement arrangement also includes a sensor arrangement for measuring multi-axis movement of the pivot member. The flexible tether has a free end coupled to a strikable object and a proximal end coupled to the pivot member. The motion measurement arrangement is configured to measure an indication of one or more parameters of the strikable object's motion upon striking of the strikable object by a user.
ATHLETIC TRAINING APPAREL AND SYSTEM
A training system includes apparel and balls that fasten to the apparel. The apparel includes patches or strips of hook/loop fastener material that couples to strips of the hook/loop fastener material on the balls. The balls are removed during training by an opponent. The balls are placed on the apparel to emphasize training to that region.
