Heavy duty and repairable medicine ball
A heavy duty, repairable weighted ball used for exercising capable of being loaded to heavy weights and being used on uneven or rough surfaces. The shell of the ball being constructed by a plurality of pieces of material in two layers: an inner encompassing layer capable of holding the weighted material and an outer layer holding the inner layer together. The pieces are joined together such that on being damaged they can be replaced individually. The pieces can be composed of a variety of materials, including repurposed or recycled material.

SMART TRAINING SYSTEM
A weight training device for a smart training system is described. The device may include a handle. The device also includes a resistance member coupled to the handle and configured to resist a motion of the handle. The device also includes a sensor coupled between the handle and the resistance member and configured to collect sensor data. The sensor data may include a degree of force applied to the handle. The device also includes a communication interface configured to transmit the sensor data to a remote computing device.
SMART TRAINING SYSTEM
Smart weight training systems and methods are described. An example method includes receiving sensor data from a sensor disposed in a weight lifting device, and determining, by a processing device, one or more exercise characteristics based on the sensor data. The one or more exercise characteristics can include a power exerted by a user of the weight lifting device. The exercise characteristics can be displayed on a user interface display or recorded to a storage device.

GRAVITY TRAINING BALL HAVING A BUFFER FUNCTION
A gravity training ball includes a ball core unit having a predetermined weight specification, a buffer unit covering the ball core unit and made of a material having a shock absorbing effect, and an outer cover unit covering the buffer unit. The ball core unit includes an inner bladder defining a receiving space, and a filler received in the receiving space. The inner bladder has an inflation valve for inflation of air into the receiving space. The buffer unit has a thickness ranging from 2 mm to 30 mm. The ball core unit further includes an inner wrapped yarn layer disposed between the inner bladder and the buffer unit. The outer cover unit includes an outer cover layer covering the buffer unit.

SPHERICAL DYNAMIC RESISTANCE DEVICE
The spherical dynamic resistance device enables simultaneous strength, core and cardiovascular training. The device includes a cavity whereby resistance bands are stored. By removing a band and connecting it to the exterior of the device at an attachment point and thereafter attaching the other end of the resistance band to a fixed point a user can engaged device to conduct a full body workout. The cavity within the device can also retain a mass element adding weight to the device thereby customizing the weight of the spherical dynamic resistance device. A serpentine channel associated with the outer portion of the device enables a user to grip the device while engaging hand, arm and core muscles. By gripping the device and through various motions that pull opposite of the resistance band while supporting the spherical dynamic resistance device of various weights, a user is able to attain a full body workout.
Exercise device
This application discloses a portable exercise device for flexibility and strengthening. In some embodiments, the device is comprised of one elastic band of surgical tubing or like material and one non-elastic band, with two pairs of looped handles tied to each end of the elastic band. These looped handles can attach to a user's limb without any need for grasping. The non-elastic end of the device can be affixed to an anchor point. The exercise device offers light but adjustable resistance via a resistance modulator, allowing the user to engage in a full range of standing and seated exercises with forces comparable to swimming. In addition, two instances of the device can be combined to engage both the user's hands and feet simultaneously.
