The objective of the present invention is to provide a stability ball case configured to store a stability ball therein and, especially, having a weight thereon to prevent the stored stability ball from rolling, thereby avoiding a safety accident that may happen when the stability ball rolls and drops, as well as storing the stability ball at a desired place in a safe and convenient manner. Particularly, another objective of the present invention is to provide a stability ball case configured such that a weight can be attached to and detached from a body constituting the case, whereby the weight can be separated from the body when the case is washed, or when the stability ball is carried, thereby enabling the stability ball case to be safely used and stored, as well as being conveniently used.

A golf putting training device with a base and a plurality of posts extending upwardly from the base is provided. The plurality of posts may be positioned on a diameter of a circle and the diameter may be generally equal to a golf hole diameter. A distance between at least two of the plurality of posts is less than the golf hole diameter and thereby provides a narrow opening for a golf ball to roll through. A pair of sleeves may be positioned on a pair of adjacent posts such that the narrow opening for the golf ball to roll through is reduced. Also, an elastic member may extend between two posts and across the narrow opening for the golf ball to roll through such that a golf ball putted towards the narrow opening is redirected when it is rolls into the elastic member.

An apparatus including a bar having a length substantially greater than a width, and a longitudinal axis along its length; a member which is connected to the bar and aligned with the bar along the same longitudinal axis; and connected to the bar so that the member rotates with respect to the bar, about the longitudinal axis. The member may be connected to the bar by a bolt, fixed to the bar by a tension pin which is perpendicular to a length of the bolt and to the length of the bar. The apparatus may include a ball having a bore hole, which enters on a side of the ball, and terminates inside a core of the ball, so that the bore hole does not go all the way through the ball; wherein the member is fixed to the ball, by pressure insertion of the member into the bore hole.

A swing training apparatus for baseball or softball that suspends or propels a tethered ball to be hit by a batter. The apparatus includes two elongated vertically spaced apart cords disposed, one above the other, connected at opposed ends to vertical upright members to extend therebetween relative to a horizontal axis in a taut tightly stretched or drawn condition. One or both cords may be formed of elastic material and may extend between the uprights generally parallel to, or slightly angularly relative to, the horizontal axis. A ball trolley with a practice ball is movably supported vertically between the two elongate cords. The ball trolley includes two pulleys, each mounted on a respective elongate cord in vertically opposed relation, and a practice ball is captured between and attached to the pulleys.

A tennis teaching aid comprises a stand and a ball (10) and a guide (12) mounted on the stand for rotation about an axis. The guide (12) extends around the ball (10) and defines a planar guide plane that is parallel to but spaced from a required path of a tennis racquet to hit the ball (10) with topspin. The invention pertains to a jump training device designed to evaluate and enhance an athlete's vertical jumping capability. The device comprises a base with a front and rear, a vertical extension removably affixed to the base, a top section, a flexible hanger, an extension fastener, and an object fastener. The vertical extension includes a first, second, and third vertical section, with the second and third sections telescopically extending in the direction of the first section's axis. The flexible hanger, can extends down from the top section and is affixed to the extension fastener. The object fastener is configured to detachably couple an object to the extension fastener, which can be a magnet or a portion of a hook and loop fastener. The base can be set on a floor, and the vertical extension is marked to indicate the total height of the extension fastener.
