A Frame and Wheel Assembly for an Inline Skate, Inline Skate, Retrofitting Method and Replacement Mount
This invention relates to an improved wheel arrangement of an inline skate for improving turning capability. In this wheel arrangement, the front wheel and rear wheel and any middle wheels are disposed along a straight line that makes an acute angle with the rolling direction and with the wheels being arranged such that they are part of a substantially inverted V-shape seen in front or rear plan view. Subject of the invention are a frame, a wheel assembly, combinations of left and right frames and wheel assemblies, inline skates, a method for retrofitting a prior art frame and a replacement mount for use in such a method.
Functional shoes and functional device for functional shoes
A functional shoe includes a sole, a functional part to provide a specific function to the functional shoe, a fixing part provided to fix the functional part; and a coupling part provided to be coupled to the fixing part, and directly or indirectly coupled to the sole, at an opposite side to a side coupled to the fixing part. The fixing part includes a fixing body provided to be coupled to the functional part, and a leg member formed to extend from the fixing body in a reference direction which is a direction facing the sole from the fixing body. The coupling part includes an insertion slot provided inside the coupling part to be open in a direction opposite to the reference direction such that the leg member is inserted into the insertion slot.
CONVERTIBLE CASTER BOARD
A caster board can include a front platform section connected by a torsion bar or other neck portion to a rear platform section. The caster board can be convertible between a first configuration in which the caster board has three wheels, and a second configuration in which the caster board has two wheels. In the first configuration, the rear platform section can be supported by two wheels laterally offset from a longitudinal axis of the caster board. In the second configuration, the rear platform section can be supported by one wheel aligned with a longitudinal axis of the caster board. The rear platform section can include at least three mounting locations configured to have caster assemblies installed therein.
Wide Wheel Inline Roller Skate
A wide wheel inline roller skate has a boot, a chassis, and a plurality of wheels. The boot is removably attached atop the chassis, and the plurality of wheels is rotatably connected to the chassis opposite the boot. Each of the plurality of wheels is bi-directionally tapered from a medial diameter outward to a lateral diameter, wherein the medial diameter is larger than the lateral diameter. Thus, the wide wheel inline roller skate affords greatly increased surface area contact between a supporting ground surface and any given wheel, thereby increasing stability and safety, compared to conventional in-line roller skates, particularly while turning.
Ventilating inline skate
A ventilating inline skate includes an inner vamp formed of EVA copolymer and including a plurality of holes and a plurality of air-exit ports; an outer vamp formed of EVA copolymer and including a plurality of air-exit ports; a tongue formed of EVA copolymer; a frame secured to the outer vamp; a heel cap secured to the frame; and a plurality of wheels mounted in line under the frame. The inner vamp is disposed in the outer vamp with the air-exit ports of the inner vamp aligned with the air-exit ports of the outer vamp.
KINETIC SECTION FOR A SKATING DEVICE
A kinetic section for a skating device comprising at least one ball and at least one roller, wherein the ball is adapted to be in contact with the roller at least at one point or contacting surface; and the ball is adapted to transfer an angular momentum to the roller; and a minimum coefficient of kinetic friction between the ball and a contacting surface of the roller is 0.16, preferably at least 0.20, more preferably at least 0.25, even more preferably at least 0.29 and/or the maximum coefficient of kinetic friction between the ball and the contacting surface of the roller is 0.50, preferably at most 0.40, preferably at most 0.45, more preferably at most 0.35, and even more preferably at most 0.31.
Frame and wheel assembly for an inline skate, inline skate, retrofitting method and replacement mount
INTELLIGENT ROLLER SKATING SHOES
The present invention discloses a pair of intelligent roller skating shoes; each comprising a shoe body, a wheel carrier, and an intelligent module, wherein the wheel carrier comprises a connecting frame connected to the shoe body and wheels arranged on the connecting frame, one wheel is provided with a magnet, the intelligent module comprises a circuit board and a terminal device connected by wireless signal transmission, the circuit board comprises a power unit as well as a magnetic sensor and a wireless transmission unit connected to the power unit by circuits, the magnet can respond to the magnetic sensor. The roller skating data obtained by sensing is transmitted to the terminal device by the wireless transmission unit, so that the activity data of the roller skating shoes can be detected to visually learn the exercise situation and also increase the roller skating fun.
SINGLE-WALL INLINE SKATE FRAME AND SKATE
An inline skate frame and axle assembly includes a frame having single sidewall that mounts a plurality of outwardly-extending axle assemblies. The sidewall has a wheel-mounting portion, a forward attachment portion and a rearward attachment portion. A forward attachment member includes a leg that extends outwardly from the sidewall between wheels on the skate, and a first attachment plate that cooperatively with the first attachment portion is configured to attach a skate base. A similar rearward attachment member comprises a leg and a second attachment plate that cooperatively with the second attachment portion is configure to attach the skate base. In embodiments the axle assemblies are rotationally locked to the sidewall, and include a cap member rotationally locked to the axle to prevent wheel rotation from loosening and wheel retaining connector.
