Device and method for providing a water sports track
Provided is a water track marker (1) for marking a sports track, such as a water ski track, on a water surface (20). The water track marker comprises at least a first marker ejector (11) configured to eject marker projectiles (2) towards the water for creating an instant marking (3) on the water surface (20) upon impact with the water surface (20). Provided is also a method for marking a sports track and a towing boat comprising said water track marker.
SPORTS FIELD MARKING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MARKING A SURFACE
A sports field marking assembly and method of marking creates a boundary reference point and field lines on a field or for coaching. The assembly provides a marker anchoring device that is loaded with field markers. The marker anchoring device comprises a translatable handle coupled to a spring-loaded piston that discharge the field markers into the surface of the sports field. Bristles couple to a rear end of the marker body for visibility above the surface of the field. A tape canister couples to the marker anchoring device to dispense a measuring tape. The measuring tape couples to the field markers, serving to delineate the boundaries and lines on the field. Multiple aligners anchor into the sports field to retain the measuring tape in the formed patterns. The aligners have collapsible and moveable guide posts that can be selectively raised to guide the measuring tape though the chosen guide posts.
Slalom racing gate monitor system
Systems and methods for providing a slalom racing gate monitor system are provided herein. A system includes a microcontroller; a first, second, and third sensor, each coupled to the microcontroller, the first, second, and third sensors each having a field of view and disposed on a slalom pole, and disposed where the fields of view of the first, second, and third sensors substantially cover a 360 degree field of view around the slalom pole; wherein the microcontroller is to: obtain a sequence of sensor readings from a plurality of sensors of the first, second, and third sensors, each reading in the sequence of sensor readings indicating an object detected in the field of view of the respective sensor; determine whether the object passed the slalom pole on a correct side; and present a notification of whether the object passed the slalom pole on the correct side.
Multifunctional pile
A pile (1) intended to be driven into the ground to serve to support an object, the pile (1) having a conical shape terminating in a point (5). The pile (1) has at least two lugs (4) each having a slope (12) intended to favour driving of the pile (1) into the ground and an abutment (9) intended to prevent the withdrawal of the pile (1) in a direction that is opposite to that of the driving in, and in that it has an orifice (18) intended to receive an end-piece adapted to support an object.
Portable beach volleyball lighting system
A system for lighting a volleyball court has four corner light assemblies, two side center light assemblies, and four mid-court light assemblies. Each corner light assembly has an upper light fixture adapted to emit light outward and downward at a level generally below a player's eye level and a lower light element mounted in a manner to emit light outwards and upwards. Each side center light assembly has two lower light fixtures adapted to emit light outward and downward at a level generally below a player's eye level and an upper light assembly adapted to emit light outwards and upwards at a level generally above a player's eye level. Each mid-court light assembly has a light fixture adapted to emit light outward and downward at a level generally below a player's eye level. By ensuring that no light is emitted at a player's eye level, glare is significantly reduced.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PLAYING GAMES
The apparatus has a playing background of a collection of electronic markers or, a playing background of a collection of electronic markers, and one or more motional elements which are also able to process electrical signals. The method of using the apparatus includes generating several observable signals during a period of time, each representing an instruction to the player for the motion of the one or more motional elements of the game through the playing background in various combinations, chosen from passing a marker on a particular side, with a distinct observable signal for each possible side to pass a marker by or a subset thereof containing at least two members; or moving in the direction from near the current marker to a neighbouring one, with a distinct observable signal for each possible direction or a subset thereof containing at least two members; or moving through the line segment or region defined by a group of adjacent markers; or, in the case where the height level of the markers vary, moving from one part of the playing background to another; or, in the case of a playing background consisting of several, separate lines each split into smaller segments, travelling over a particular segment; or, in the case of a playing background consisting of a surface that is fully covered by a collection of non-overlapping markers, moving from one marker to another. The observable signals will appear on either one or both of one or more of the markers; or, one or more of the motional elements. All signals will be generated automatically by one or more of the markers; or, by one or more of the motional elements; or, by one or more separate devices; or, by some combination thereof; and such signals will collectively define an observable path through the playing background.
SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING SET
The present invention provides for equipment, systems, and methods of using a multipurpose agility training set comprising of a plurality of agility posts, cords, cones and markers, which may be used individually or in combination. When the posts are in an upright position they are a visual indicator. A flexible cord can be used to removably attach the posts. The conical shaped cones define a plurality of cone apertures which are capable of accepting a crossbar to create a hurdle. And the marker is a substantially flat panel having an aperture with a diameter wide enough to receive a hand.
