The stabilizing assembly may include a balance bike that may provide stability to a student skier during the ski instruction process. In some embodiments, the student skier may be in a seated position on the balance bike, while in other embodiments the student skier may be in a standing position while straddling the balance bike. During the ski instruction method, the balance bike's rear ski is used to demonstrate the fundamentals of edge movements, rotary movements, and/or pressure movements.
